First and foremost I would like to say thank you for your inquire, and the opportunity to respond.I only have a couple key points to make in our response to the complaintAnd we hope all points will be shared with complainant if possible.1.) We have never received a single complaint in the 3-years that we have been providing services in the State of Wisconsin(We recently received the ThreeBestRated.Com award for 2015)Which only judge based on, quality of service, customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness for consumersBased completely on an independent out of state review board for consumers.2.) This complaint left out the fact that, our services were complete with the individual making this complaintService date 6-13-2015, follow up was performed on 6-20-@ customers early requestMost importantly to note: The customer had NO complaints during or after either visit.They actually reported MAJOR improvements and escorted tech through additional unit owned by person making complaint in order to provide an estimate for further servicesIn which he did, free of charge.The owner then stated that he would consult the tenant, then contact us with further instructions.Which he didThey scheduled a treatment for an additional unit(NOTE: All of this was AFTER final visit to propertyThey willingly called us, for advise on prepping and packing upper unit.) The unit they lived in was done, they were told @ that point, that they need adjacent property treated before we could guarantee eradication of bed bugs in they're unitThey agreed.Now fast forward a week later, they have a complaintJust so happen it's the day that the remainder of the payment agreement was dueWe don't call that coincidence, we call that a deliberate attempt to get out of paying your bill.The dates pretty much speak for themselves, they only made a complaint the day they were due to pay for services already performed.We were puzzled as to why such a complaint would be lodged against us, when it is and always have been our policy to over satisfy all of our customersUpon further looking into these claims, we noticed very interesting thing, the person never complained about quality of service, they mentioned a vehicle and a tool box.And just to clarify, we use viper aerosol for cracks and crevices that's actually recommended by all master exterminatorsIt's a product that WE don't make ourselves , we order it from Illinois.*Note: $is a very low quote for a property this size10-25% lower than our competitors.*Once again, we've NEVER received a complaint, only referrals.(Also in compliance: If you look on paper service ticket, and emailed invoice*VIPER is named, there would be no reason to hide it.) Also we purchase our tool boxes in bulk, and they are individually packed for the task at handAll exterminators have tackle boxes, and most our customers request discreet vehicles w/o tags(For Privacy Concerns.)This is actually the 1st time ever hearing a customer complain about vehicle and supplies, in order to get out of paymentBut not actual serviceHow does that even happen.(I don't wanna pay because, his uniform was dirtyIt's essentially the same argument.) We find all that peculiar given the fact, this customer contacted us several times after service was complete, and NEVER voiced one single concern(Phone records snap shot could be provided at your requestI would even provide you copy of the invoice, if needed.They most likely found a cheaper temporary solution and thinks they will not have pay by filing this complaintWe have yet to make any property damage, or any negligent claims against our insurance(SELECT INSURANCE AGENCY) Because we aim to satisfy ALL our customers.Once again thanks for the opportunity to address this matter, we truly appreciate our GREAT standing with the Revdex.com and we are very proud of the fact, all of our customers recommend our services to other real people Thank you,

 3 years of service is really ridiculous because [redacted] stated he's been working with them for about 10 years. To make it clear, when [redacted] came over for the second treatment we told him we were still having the issue so I dont understand what it's meant when there's no complaint. I'm sure we still complained about being bit. The estimates were free from the start. I didn't know we had to pay for estimates when he gave us free estimates. If had known we had to pay for those, we would've kindly. As for finding another service, yes we did and best believe Batzner isn't a cheaper service.
