A company is only as good as its customer service department. This is THE WORST I've ever dealt with. You never get the same person and you are always shuffled around. They never follow through with anything and place the blame elsewhere! After months of frustration and wanting to get out of the contract I was told "PRETTY MUCH THE ONY WAY YOU CAN GET OUT OF OUR CONTRACT IS TO CONTACT AN ATTORNEY". Was never told that customer service was provided in Mexico. I was told "YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY USA BASED CUSTOMER SUPPORT UNLESS YOU ARE A HIGH PAYING CUSTOMER OF OVER $10K PER YEAR". So small businesses, BEWARE! Went on recommendation of large company that loves it - but obviously they fall into the "high paying customer" in order to get good customer service!
