Business ResponseRegarding the complaint filed by this consumer, we have the following response:We have received the Consumer's request for a refund, and we regret to hear that the Consumer is not satisfied with their experience at EliteSingles.EliteSingles is unable to guarantee the quantity or type of matches a consumer may receive, as this is determined in large part by the specific settings/preferences a consumer selectsWe are also unable to guarantee a successful outcome from using our service, although we have found that many members have successfully found the love of their life by using our service.Regarding the Consumer's request for a refund of their subscription dues, we have reviewed this account and confirmed that the Consumer purchased their subscription on 09/15/As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, we allow refunds if the Consumer cancels the contract at any time within days of registration, provided that the Consumer has not started using the services by, for example, sending messages to possible partners.We confirmed that the Consumer cancelled the automatic renewal of her subscription on 09/15/ As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we kindly ask the customer to contact Customer Care directly in order to request a refund It is important for the customer to provide us with their customer user ID, or registration email address, when contacting Customer Care in order for us to act upon the customer's request in a timely manner.Unfortunately, the Consumer contacted us from an email address that was not connected to her EliteSingles account We therefore had to ask the Consumer to provide us with her registered email address so that we could locate her account Once the Consumer provided us with this information, we refunded her subscription fee in full on 09/24/201S.We thank this member for taking the time to try our service and we wish them all the best
