I ordered Elite Test The day after I ordered I was laid off from a part-time job I knew that I couldn't afford to spend the money monthly so I called and emailed them to cancel my purchase I never got anyone on the phone but they did respond to my emails within hours The order had already been shipped but they immediately cancelled my subscription and told me to simply return the product and they wouldn't bill my card again I returned the product as instructed and received an email confirming that I will not be billed again and they will not ship any additional product I can't tell you if the product works or not because I really didn't get to try it I can tell you that their customer service department was very responsive and helpful

On October 2, I ordered Elite and [redacted] *, both dietary supplement productsThe issue I am having is that on 10/20/I called and asked to have a refund, which they denied because I had passed the day trial which began on 10/02/my initial order date and my trial ended on 10/15/Yet I did not receive my SAMPLE until 10/09/So technically they expect me, to use my day supply by 10/15/That only gives me days to try out this day supplyI find it unfair that I do not have enough time to try the sample that is supposed to last me days and I am ultimately forced to either increase my consumption, which is risky because I do not know how my body will handle a new product or, keep on buying it to see how it works for meI believe I am entitled to a refund because I have only had the product for days I would find it understandable to say you have a day trial if I physically got it the day I wanted it, for example if I bought it at a store like ***I would like the company to be aware of the contradicting situation that are putting consumers in because on their website they advertise DAY TRIAL yet you do not have days to actually try itIf they are going to do that they should decrease the sample size to days to compensate for shipping timeI hope that the Revdex.com can reveal the issue to them and help me get my full refund of $ [redacted] Ripped Muscle X has already refunded me $ [redacted] for their supplement and the remaining $ [redacted] are from Elite Thank you, [redacted] ***
