*** Paid for a pair of shoes in Octthat were never sent to meCompany quit responding to my emails in May *** Buyer beware!

Ordered from this company, and they immediately charged my credit card. Four months later, following numerous e-mails, still no boots, but different excuses, while they continued to take new orders, and advertise on line. My on-line account with them was marked "refunded". I checked a week later, with the credit card company, and the monies had NOT been credited.

This company seems to be a fraud I ordered my boots only to not receive them months later. I cancelled the order requesting a refund and they keep giving excuses after excuses and no refund or boots. Would recommend everyone stay away from this expensive company that apparently is a scam.

I ordered Boots Sept.2014 and was quickly charged on my card. Then told they were on back order and would be delayed. It's the end of March 2015 and no boots no refund. Once you go past 60 days, it's impossible to file fraud charges. I wish I could warn every one of their deceitful business!!!

I had placed an order with Elizabeth Anne Shoes in October of 2014, emailed back and forth for several months and the last I heard from them was in May. I paid $269.98 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED my money back!! This company is a fraud and they haven't responded to any emails since. It had been too long for my credit card company to do anything about it, so this was my next step.

I ordered boots that were backordered, but I was given a date range they were expected to be shipped and was charged the day the boots were ordered. One month later the boots still had not shipped, but I heard nothing from the company. I contacted the company to cancel my order. I received an email trying to convince me not to cancel the order. I responded to cancel the order. My refund has still not been processed. When I emailed the company they said it would take 6-8 weeks for them to process my refund becuse they have so many.

I placed an order in April. By the end of June I still had no boots, no email response, no phone response. When you try to call them (during what they say are their business hours), there is conveniently no one available to take your call. When you send multiple emails, they are ignored. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company. Only hope others are not duped by their massive Facebook ad scam they have going on.

This company looks great on the surface but is a complete fraud [redacted] Order placed Oct '14, was to be a fabulous Christmas gift, and was charged immediately (first red flag). After numerous excuses, and now no answers to e-mails, we have filed a dispute with the credit card company. Don't get hooked by this dishonest company!!!!!!!!!!!
