frames elsewhere missedThat said, Mr*** will probably agree this his frustrations with the renovation process may have colored our interactions somewhatMore importantly, we've addressed these issues including: adding guides to Mr***'s sliding door shutters to increase stabilityadjusting louver tensions on all his shutters to create more uniform tensionand re-making and installing custom frames for his kitchen shutters to match the rest of his orderAt the end of this process we received Mr***'s thanks and believe he is now a satisfied customer
