until 06/06/15 post accident. Expiration notice, Cancellation notice to Finance co, claim info and payment receipts are all attached.

I never received a cancelation leter for the month of june and if my insurance was cancelled than why wasn't I charged a $13 dollar reissue fee. So by me not being charged a reissued fee that means there was no lapse in coverage. I also have a bank statement attached showing the amount I paid. Further more my insurance id shows I have overage untill 11/03/15 with no indication or details explaining coverage lapsed date etc.

To whom it may concern:
Insured has been with our Brokerage since 11/16/2013 and was insured with a month to month policy with the company, Alliance United Insurance.
In regards to the insured's payment made on 06/06/2015 prior to the accident, Insured was sent a letter stating his policy was EXPIRED as of 06/03/2015 at 12:01 AM PT. Since insured is on a month to month policy Alliance's guidelines state policy can be REISSUED after Expiration WITHOUT a Reinstatement fee of $13 within 10-14 business days. However, there will be a lapse in coverage where no claims will be paid out until policy is paid and reissued, which was on 06/06/2015 at 11:58AM, 8 Hours after insured was in the accident.
Month to month policies, as confirmed by 2 Customer Services Reps at Alliance, [redacted] & [redacted], there is NO GRACE PERIODS for payments and payments made prior to the date stated on Renewal Notices will be lapsed until reissued. Per Alliance's Guidelines(see attached) it clearly states that Policies expired will be renewed with a lapse, and payments within 7 days will not be charged a late fee. Insured was not reinstated because the payment was 4 days prior, within the period allowed to reissue w/o fee.
Alliance United also states that month to month policies are issued on 6 month anniversary reviews. Meaning, Alliance does issues ID Cards that have dates for 6 months and MVR based ratings are ran every 6 months after policy is issued/ renewed. ID Cards also state under the Effective & Expiration date the following: "ID Card Valid Only if Policy is In Force," meaning policy is PAID and up to date. Furthermore, Policy was not cancelled, but expired due to non payment.
Attached you will find the Alliance Initial App stating the month to month beginning and expiration date, Insured's ID he submitted stating its only valid when in force, copy of Alliance United Manual stating the policy expiration and lapse info.
