I ordered flowers online February 13, 2020. I did not receive what I ordered and was charged more than what was on the order confirmation after I hit order. Then I was charged almost $17.00 in a second charge. I am very upset with this purchase. I was charged a total of $74.00 for a piece that I was told online that it would be $38.61 with delivery fee and tax as you will see in the document I uploaded. I can send you screen shots of where the charges came out of my bank account as well.
This customer ordered on our website which clearly states our delivery area. The order was placed by *** & being delivered to herself at her workplace 1 hour & 25 minutes from our location in ***, ***. We have many customers who order on our website and it is our policy if the order is out of our delivery area to wire the order to a shop who delivers in the area where the recipient is located. This is what we did in this case. Lancaster being a larger town has higher delivery charges & differing prices from our smalL town prices. All shops do not carry the same products. Our website states that substitutions may be necessary. I feel we did the best we possibly could for this customer. As we do for all of our customers. However we can not deliver to a city that is a 3 hour round trip on any day let alone a holiday. I wish *** had contacted us about her concerns before reaching out to the Revdex.com. But all delivery zones & substitution policies are clearly stated on out website. Thank you for your time.Liz Frisby

I DID contact Liz Frisby by email on the day I received them 2/14/2020 at 4:42pm. I NEVER heard back from her. SHE IS A CON ARTIST and since this complaint, I have heard many complaints about her shop from people in my home *** of ***, ***. I saw NOTHING on her website that she is talking about.
As you can see, the price of the bouquet should have been $29.99 due to the $15.00 discount. The original price of the bouquet was $44.99 NOT $60.00. (2 attachments)

A COUPON CANNOT BE USED FOR ORDERS WE HAVE TO WIRE OUT. ONLY FOR LOCAL ORDERS.
OUR WEBITE STATES OUR DELIVERY AREAS. OUR WEBSITE STATES THAT SUBSTITUTIONS MAY BE NECESSARY.
IF AN ORDER IS PLACED GOING OUTSIDE OF OUR DELIVERY ZONE IT MUST BE WIRED TO ANOTHER SHOP WITHIN THAT AREA.
AT THAT POINT WE ARE AT THE MERCY OF THAT SHOP REGARDING PRODUCTS & PRICES.
I WOULD SUGGEST IN THE FUTURE IF *** WOULD LIKE TO SEND HERSELF FLOWERS SHE SHOULD CONTACT THE SHOP WITH IN A 10-15 MILE RADIUS OF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS.
WE HAVE AN EXCELLENT REPUTATION FOR QUALITY & VALUE IN OUR INDUSTRY. WE ARE IN NO WAY CON ARTISTS.
WE VALUE OUR CUSTOMERS & ALWAYS TRY TO PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCTS POSSIBLE.
THIS ORDER WOULD HAVE BEEN A 3 HOUR ROUND TRIP DELIVERY WE AN NOT DELIVER THAT FAR FROM OUR SHOP.

I have attached proof that I sent an email to Elizabeth's Flowers, if she didn't receive it, THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM. Maybe she shouldn't bury all of her exceptions in the page. I WAS TRYING TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES IN MY HOME *** BUT APPARENTLY THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE SUPPORTED. INSTEAD THEY WANT TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. THERE IS DEFINITELY NOTHING ON THERE ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO USE A COUPON ON ORDERS WIRED OUT!!!
