Our honesty about work we have done and providing accurate invoices goes to show that we are an honest firm that works hard to get job done accurately. To make sure that our clients know we would not let $56 get in the way of making sure our clients know that we are honest and upfront, we will look into this matter further and get back to her (assuming we have emails from her).
