Complain [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: To be honest, there is so much to address from the response received I almost don’t know where to begin First, I will put personal insults aside as they are not relevant to the events that occurred to the health of the Boxer puppySecond, I will completely admit the emails I am supplying do have frustration in my tone due to the events [redacted] put my family through and the insults she was writing to me which she continues to do Below are the responses to the relevant topics of my complaint and ***’s response Day after picking up the Boxer Puppy (December 24th): [redacted] is correct, the puppy was napping around 2:pm while we were corresponding via email The puppy was very calm and very sleepy I hadn’t realized this was the onset of illness as I thought it was initially due to a new home environment and also being separated from her litter Especially since I had the puppy for barely over a full day, I had no behavior to compare to.Once the puppy woke up around 5:pm, the puppy began showing definite signs of illness The puppy started with diarrhea, within minutes began to profusely drool, then vomiting, severe diarrhea, shaking then began foaming at the mouth Within a matter of minutes, the puppy began to “crash” I quickly made arrangements to get the puppy to an emergency vet as all vet offices were closed as it was after 5:pm and Christmas Eve The emergency vet confirmed the cause to illness didn’t just appear and was not caused by anything I had done within the “ish” hours I had her and was not due to a slight food change (I started to mix her previous food with new high quality food) The low blood sugar, parasites, dehydration were ongoing and didn’t cause this level of illness within one day.I would be happy to obtain all vet office notes to back my statements and our conversations during my visit with the vet The puppy was tested for parvo immediately (the emergency vet considered this a high emergency due to the age of the puppy ( weeks) and the severe symptoms) The test was negative, however it can take up to days to test positive Therefore the emergency vet did keep the puppy in quarantine as they were still not sure if it was parvo as the symptoms presented the same as parvo Since the puppy was severely sick, the vet highly suggested (which I agreed) she needed to be kept for hours to obtain IV liquids and medication and be closely observed The treatment as the same for any type of illness presenting these symptoms or for parvo On a side note, the vet was going to do a blood test but since the puppy started to respond to treatment the blood test was put on hold The initial vet bill I paid before leaving (their form of a deposit) did include the blood test but since it was not given I didn’t pay for it on the final bill I picked the puppy up the next day around pm She was there about hours and was recovering well enough to go home Health Guarantee: When I picked up the puppy, ***’s business partner [redacted] knew my vet wellness check was on the following Tuesday [redacted] indicated if anything was found during that appointment to contact them and they would address it I have this on recording and is attached After I brought the puppy home a few hours later [redacted] emailed me and said that she would not honor the vet wellness check as it was more than days away I indicated I would not agree to that as that was not was agreed to during the pickup of the puppy Please see attached email [redacted] then responded stating: she would not be responsible for any infectious disease or parasite [redacted] further indicated [redacted] didn’t offer me a health guarantee and there is no reason for me to contact her about my upcoming scheduled wellness check for anything that would be found Please see attached email General Comments: [redacted] seems to want to argue about the hours statement I have made Regardless if it was hours or hours from the time I got the puppy home (depending upon what time you decide to start the “clock ticking”) I don’t believe a hours difference makes any difference in this claim and is a moot point ***’s vet business card was never given to me Nor was it ever indicated I should contact her during the weekend Please see attached recording for verification When I picked up the puppy, I asked for the vet check information as her ad clearly states they had a vet checkDuring the pickup they admitted the puppies had never been to a vet Please see attached ads where she stated they had a vet check and the recording where they admit the puppies had never been to a vet [redacted] states I required the puppy to be brought home during Christmas time I never specifically stated that, and her ad even says they were to be going to new homes during Christmas time Again, please see attached ad [redacted] never indicated I should wait till the next week to get the puppy and had even asked if I was coming to pick up the puppy on Wednesday (day before Christmas Eve) Additionally, I had booked a vet wellness check on 12/which was before I brought the puppy home to ensure I got the first available appointment after the Christmas Holiday By no means was the appointment last minute When I initially left the $deposit with [redacted] on the Sunday prior (12/20), the deposit was agreed upon to be for Tony (the adult French Bulldog) or a Boxer puppy as the breeding rights were not agreed upon and I could make my final decision on Wednesday [redacted] later retracted that agreement via her email attached Which is why I began recording our later conversation From Sunday to Wednesday, I was doing research on what it meant to retain breeding rights After learning more about what that meant, and knowing I didn’t want that for my pet dog (especially for four years which she was initially requesting)I emailed [redacted] immediately stating I was not willing to provide breeding rights to her This is when the price changed to be three times the advertised amount in order to exclude breeding rights Please see attached email This is the advertising that I am referring to in my posts and also why her ads were removed by [redacted] after reviewing her emails as [redacted] never indicated the price was only valid if you gave her breeding rights for years I also contacted [redacted] as she continued to delete my reviews [redacted] agreed to review her account Email attached from [redacted] Additional advertising occurred after she reposted [redacted] still indicating she “may” want breeding rights and in other ads doesn’t even mention it for the price she was selling him for which will only be honored if you give her breeding rights for years Please see attached ads which were posted after 12/ On 12/I was shown a different Boxer Puppy During the day of pickup (on Wednesday) [redacted] admitted that puppy was ill, had to go to the vet, and could no longer be adopted Therefore the statement [redacted] makes that all her puppies are healthy is false This is on the recording.I have included another website from someone with a similar experience This is not the first time this has happened where [redacted] sold an extremely sick puppy [redacted] I have contacted animal control, the department of licensing, AKC, Humane Society and also spoken to the owners of the house where [redacted] resided who were in the process of evicting her, which is why [redacted] had to move from the house by 12/EOD [redacted] indicated they have received several complaints about ***.As for ***’s indication I am making claims, here are my posts warning about her breeding habits Nothing I have stated is falsified and I have attached all information to back my statements (which outside – outside meaning more than outside of a small backyard Overcharging for the Boxer Puppy: [redacted] is now stating the puppy was previously sold however she decided to make her available to me This is inconsistent in several forms In her email, [redacted] stated she was going to keep [redacted] She never mentioned she was selling to a breeder as she is now stating Please see attached email In her ad posting [redacted] was available hours prior to me picking her up A few hours after, the ad was changed to say she was sold After showing this to ***, [redacted] then removed the ad Please see attached ads The attached ad clearly indicated the puppy was for sale for $ However [redacted] charged me $ In ***’s emails she admitted she overcharged me and it was her “right” to do so as she spent too much time emailing me and she was recouping cost for her emails I had a feeling she was overcharging me This is why I asked twice when I picked up the puppy what her name was They declined to give me a name and said the puppy didn’t have a name A few hours later via email [redacted] admitted her name was [redacted] and that corresponded to the ad for $1,200, not $1, which is Dear ***, As it is Revdex.com's position to assist parties with dispute, I have factual information that proves I was online with this person via emails one hour 2:pm on Christmas evening before she claims she took puppy to vet, with her not ever mentioning once that there were any issue with the puppy or it's healthShe stated the puppy was peacefully sleeping with her son and she was waiting for them to wake up to open Christmas presents! She claims the puppy was taken to the vet hours after picking up from our homeShe came to our home and picked up the puppy at 2:30pm the day before and they were gone by 2:45pm I have this on text message as well as on emailI was on email with her at 2pm the next day multiple emails and no mention whatsoever that there was any issue at all with the puppy, again puppy was peacefully sleeping, yet she claims that the puppy was ill and it did not happen quickly but over a long period of time, and that she took the puppy to the vet at hours after purchaseIf she had told me the puppy was ill or having any issues I would have picked the puppy up and refunded her money, as I know that puppy was percent healthy when she left my home hours from the time she picked the puppy up would have been 3:30pm, a little over an hour from when the puppy was fine per [redacted] She was instructed to call me if there were any issues with the puppy before her own scheduled vet visit the following TuesdayI have this in writing in her own words, per emails and ads that she placed to libel meIn addition she could have asked for advice and I would have taken the puppy if necessary to my personal vet who also supplies hour emergency care, and this purchaser was given a card on the first visit to my home and told that if she had any difficulties with the dog/pup over the holidays to notify me and take the dog/pup to my vet as I give one to all my clients and was again [redacted] was directed and agreed to call me or my vet if she did have any issues over the weekend or holiday until she could take the puppy to her own vet on Tuesday who she said was unavailable until then, and she failed to do this as wellShe failed to do both and does acknowledge that she was to contact me if there were any issues before her vet visit, again in her own writing/wordsLikewise, my vets will attest to the care I give my animals the love, money, care and time that goes into my petsLikewise, I have a ton of show breeders and pet owners that will state and testify if necessary about the health of my animals and puppies, including all the puppies that were sold, and [redacted] who she states was sick, and [redacted] the boy who she looked at who just went to another show breeders home for breedingHer lies in the ads she placed about me are defamation and libelMy lawyer and I are currently working on how we are going to deal with this as I have had only issues ever in years of breeding, showing and working with other breeders and the publicNothing compares to the vindictiveness and hatefulness [redacted] has demonstrated, and in all my years have never met anyone with this amount of anger in my lifeShe was looking to have an issue virtually from the time she left my home and has created this whole problem This woman which I am sure she will be proud, has single handedly ruined a good reputation that I have spent over years buildingShe claims I did not state in my ad that I wanted breeding rights on ***, I said I may want to retain breeding rights and this can be discussed if interestedI discussed with [redacted] and we came to agreement on the rights and she contracted on the dog ***! All my puppies do go when they are advanced reserved to the vet, and get a health check and vet certificate, however this client did not come to my home to buy a puppy, she responded to ads that were for an adult Frenchie and adult Boxer who she wanted to have over the holidaysI told her I do not sell puppies or dog as Christmas gifts, but she said was for her and her little son as she had lost her own dog and she wanted to have a pet over the holidaysShe left a deposit on her first visit to be for a dog or puppy, and several hours later she contacted me via email that she had decided on [redacted] my adult French Bulldog and that is where the deposit was placed and the dog was removed for sale So, The original deposit was left on a French Bulldog named ***, the terms of his sale were percent clear before she left a deposit and before she decided to take ***, my ad said I may want to retain rights for breeding on him and would discuss with potential owners, and we did discuss, and she agreed via verbal contract and per her own emails, only after deciding she was not agreeable with the terms, and also making up some bogus information about male dogs being neutered to suit her purpose did she later change her mind on [redacted] lives very close to my home minutes so this was not a long trip to come and meet my dogs, she was under zero obligation to leave a deposit for any dog or puppy, this was her choiceHer deposit was non-refundable and she was told so before she made it, she is a business woman and asked all the questions she wanted answered before agreeingI removed [redacted] from sale, and told other interested parties he was soldShe later tried to change the terms of the contract, dictate to me the terms she wanted, tried to get me to sell her a puppy that was already reserved for someone else(how extremely ugly is that to want me to cancel someone else's puppy that they have paid a deposit on), and got very angry that I would not do thisShe is a bully and very controlling person that gets very angry when she does not get what she wants and is evident in her emails to meI am happy to provide emails and ads she has placed to prove how she bullies, lies and libels me with untruths and half truthsBefore she took the puppy to the vet, she in her emails was already threatening to write reviews and report me, premeditated libel! She uses intimidation to try to get what she wants! I would love to have a judge see all these things and it will become extremely evident that this woman has no intention of wanting to mitigate damages, or have a civil discussion, ask for help with her puppy, or anything like this, her only intent was to get her own way and cause personal harm to myself, my dogs, my reputation, all at which she has succeeded Now, to the puppy, she took the puppy into her possession with my advice to wait to the following week, and with full knowledge there was no vet check because I could not get a vet appointment until the following week as it was the day before Christmas the 24th and she changed her mind multiple times from the to 23rd in emails My vet was only seeing animals on an emergency basis and she did not choose the puppy until the afternoon of Christmas Evening again at 2:30pm [redacted] had a choice of two puppies a male puppy for $and a female puppy for $1350, the female was already sold to a fellow breeder for $on a co-ownership again she claims I advertise, but the puppy was sold on a co-ownership to a breeder with one puppy to come back to me rather than my price of $for a puppy with full registration, a commom practice amongst breedersMy price for this puppy to be sold as a pet was $the same price as the other female and I have proof that the other folks also paid $1350, the puppy [redacted] I got was the pick puppy in the litter, best head, body, bone, conformation, and temperament tested to be a middle of the road puppy, very perfect for any situationAnother sibling did leave on the 25th and had no health issues or parasites and the people are thrilled with there puppy even paid me $more than I asked, I contacted them to advise they had overpaid, and they said was purposeful, and that they were so happy with the puppy and wished me a Merry Christmas, and I have that in writingThe rest of the litter went to the vet the following week and all health checked exc***t and with health certificates cleared to fly, all healthy, flown across the country and all health checked perfect with those people personal vets in Maine, NJ and BaltimoreOnly this person who has been on a personal vendetta to destroy me has had an issue with the largest and nicest puppy in the litter that a friend of mine gave up at my request to try and satisfy this customerI have customers of people with puppies from this litter willing to give statement and or testify and also supply vet reports from their vets along with my vet reports on all the other puppies that these puppies were percent healthyOne puppy would not be ill with what she says is some parasite without all of them being ill and having the parasiteThey live together, eat together, go potty together, do everything together, if one is ill with a contagious disease or parasite, they would all have the contagion or parasite! I believe this woman may have purposefully withheld food and water, or drugged, if her claims that puppy was severely dehydrated are trueShe claims the puppy was severely dehydrated, had a low blood sugar, and had parasites and was drooling and foaming at the mouthThere is no parasite I know of that causes this, none I have encountered in yearsMy friend that was to co-own this puppy had just seen the puppy the day before at my home and can also attest to the condition of the puppies, puppy, and to the condition of my householdI have written statement to prove this! This was a large puppy, had plenty of fat, was eating and drinking and it would be almost impossible for the blood sugar to be low even if it did not eat, but I see no testing of the blood sugar or any blood testingRegardless, withholding of food or water along with a move to a knew home could be stressful to a puppy to perhaps cause some issues, but at 2pm on the 24th none were evident per [redacted] , the only thing I do know was she was already threatening to post libel about me well before then! I have pictures of this puppy who is healthy and fat, not malnourished of dehydrated, with the pictures matching the age of the puppy when it left our homeThis person came to my home and chose this puppy from and paid for itThis was the 5th dog this woman was shown dogs, puppies along with the parents of the puppies The good condition this puppy left my home in was the same condition that all the puppies were in which was exc***tShe did not leave with a sick puppy, nor was she forced to take any puppyAt this point I believe something was done to this puppy or another was taken to the vet as it is evident by her emails that she had it out for me long before she went to the vet, to the point that her emails got so harassing that I had to ask her to stop the harassment more than once She had also seen one of the Boxer pups on that first visit, and another French bulldog, all were healthy and she left the depositShe saw all the dogs I own except one dog that is years oldShe left a deposit because they are healthy, happy, well socialized, well loved dogs and her son walked our boy [redacted] on a leashShe had a choice, had a choice to walk away from our home after spending an hour and a half at our home visiting with our dogs, and [redacted] chose to leave a deposit, not to save puppy, as per her claims of saving a puppy in her ads that she has taken out on me another huge libel, but because she loved them and wanted one of them, maybe and I have that in emailsIf someone wants to protect dogs or puppies that they think are sick, they do not leave a deposit, they contact animal control or the humane society! My Lawyer thinks it is amazing that someone so happy about buying a great dog from me, and with proof in her own emails, turns into another completely different vengeful person when they can't dictate terms or get someone to agree to how she wants things to be after her verbal contractHer claiming to save a puppy is ridiculous as she did not even chose a puppy but a pound healthy French Bulldog to start, so again more libel to damage me I have the best vets around one that specializes in Boxers, French Bulldogs, and are used by other show people, the very best! I feed an Ultra premium food [redacted] which is exported and mainly sold to Europe because of it's high quality, made here in Texas at a private company and plant with no recalls everIn addition my pups are supplemented with cooked beef and chicken, along with goats milk, ricotta, and yogurt along with Purina Pre and probioticsThey get the very best vet care, food, and personal attention from myself and my familyIn addition I take the first weeks of their lives off from work to care for newborns to make sure they get off to the best start! My work managers can testify to this People are not invited inside my home as they can introduce disease into my home which can kill puppies, and there are a lot of people that have their dogs or pups stolen by potential puppy buyers who are thieves, or casing a place for a thiefThis is factual and I have a lot of the best show breeders in the country who can testify to this and also that this is common practice not to have pup buyers in ones home due to the reasons cited aboveI am also liable if an injury occurs and I have large Boxers and she had a very little toddler son with herIt is safest and best practice to meet the dogs one at a time on a leash to protect her, her son, and myselfThis is not only smart, but professional! She met my dogs one at a time in my garage and her son played with them on our side lawn There is nothing on the vet bill that shows any testing was done for parasites, no bloodwork, no test to show puppies blood sugar was lowThe only test on the bill was for Parvo and the puppy was negativeI find this whole thing bogusShe has misrepresented every single thing, going so far as to insulting my home in a beautiful neighborhood with an HOA and a square homeCalls me a puppymill when I own one breeding male boxer and one femaleThat is not a puppymillI have one breeding Frenchie male and one femaleThis is not a puppymill, but an extremely small show breeding program [redacted] has libeled me to you and all over the internetI have copies of all her incessant emails, ads posted about me on [redacted] now on [redacted] and lord knows where else all posted immediately after I posted a "for sale" ad for my pups or dogClearly harassment and meant to damage myself and my reputation and it was stalking as is obvious that no matter what kennel name or what site the dogs were posted under she was stalking these sites and looking for my adsPer my attorney, we set up a new kennel name with my dogs advertised and she immediately found them which meant she was stalking these sites and looking for ads so she could place an ad of her own to tarnish and damage my reputationMy kennel names have been Elizar for my Boxers for over yearsWhen I got married about years ago my husband and I decided to rename our kennel name after our married name LaJeunesse as the name Elizar had to do with my late husband, a police officer killed in the line of duty, nothing strange about thisWhen I started with French Bulldogs I wanted a French sounding catchy show kennel name for my French Bulldogs, and I decided on C'est La Vie, I never changed my Boxer kennel name and it is still LaJeunesse and I use my email of [redacted] for over years now! I have another email address for my frenchies, [redacted] but [redacted] is my primary email and I keep it so my customers from years back can contact me and stay in touchHer conspiracy stories are crazyHowever, the [redacted] was a name I came up with to see if she would stalk me to no end, and she hunted for pictures of my dogs and did then posted to slander and damage me under this name too, adding this took a lot of work and time on her part trolling all the different sites out thereI would post ad and she would immediately in the wrong for sale area above my ad, done to damage me I also have proof that the sale of my two dogs was impossible after all her post immediately and on the same site as my ads and as the sites keep track of how many people contact you I have written proof of this as wellI even have been with a site [redacted] for plus years now, never a complaint, and she posted on my so many times on there I had to contact the company, remove my ads, cancel my subscription, and they in an email said they would contact her if her behavior continued as was against company policy, however I was mentally and emotionally done and withdrew my adsThis most importantly cost these dogs from getting into the good homes they deserved to be in, but of course is not of concern to [redacted] Because of this I not only lost money from the sale of them which was minimal as both were worth times the amount I was asking, but because of her I had to place these dogs into a show boarding kennel at a cost of $400/weekI have receipts for this along with the health certificates and special vaccinations I had to obtain to place them in boarding, something I never, ever do with my dogs, but due to our move which [redacted] was aware of and her placing inappropriate ads preventing me from placing them at any price, I suffered greatly financially as well as most importantly these older dogs who are not accustomed to being kenneled suffered and have also lost out on the opportunity to live in a stable pet home, something I sought out for these older boys both years old a Boxer and a French BulldogAgain, my lawyer and I are in the process of deciding just how to handle all of this as she has made my life miserable, has ruined a reputation, and has stated out and out lies about myself and my dogsI have breeder friends and clients constantly calling me asking me what is going on and willing to provide written testimony, and proof to negate [redacted] s claims about meShe has even gone so far to state that I never let the puppies outside nor ever crated my puppiesWell she calls me a backyard puppymill, yet my puppies never go outside, so which is it? My puppies go outside for a minimum of times a day weather permitting for a minimum of one and a half hours, the rest of the time they stay in their puppy pen which has a play area, divided eating area, and a divided area for them to relieve themselvesAt night time and after weeks they start getting crated for hours a night, when they reach almost weeks we increase that to 7-hours a night, and this little girl never soiled in her crate, and when allowed to roam freely in our home had very few accidentsThe thought that someone would think an week old puppy could be fully housebroken is just not a reasonable expectation, not impossible, as I have known a few exceptional puppies, but never the norm for a puppy of this ageYet something she also accuses me of in her ads and libel Selling a dog with breeding rights is common practice amongst show breeders [redacted] the dog she originally left a deposit has a value of a $minimum, and is being shown this spring in AKC and will champion thanks to a good breeder friend who just took him in for me, who also is an expert of French Bulldogs, and I have multiple show breeders who will testify to this and his worth, breeder I purchased him from a well known AKC show breederI asked $and to retain breeding rights until he was years oldI would use that 0-times a yearI have placed other dogs on breeders rights a common practice amongst breeders, and have dogs currently on breeders termsOf the boys have been on terms for almost years now and I have used one of them once, one not at all, another on terms for years I have not used yet, and the last one has been on terms for years and used onceRetaining the right to bred to a dog, does not mean you will or will not ever use it, it simply allows you the right to use the dog is you desireShe was made completely aware of the terms then decided she did not want to have to stick to the terms and came up with a list of what she considered acceptable alternativesFirst she agreed to the terms which is a contract that she was now trying to back out of, and second it is not for her to decided what terms I will sell my dogs for, or their priceThey are my property, I have bred or purchased these dogs, love them, have cared for them and raised them, and as the breeder and owner it is my choice who I sell my dogs to, the terms, their price, and for her to think she has any say is this is absolutely absurdShe claims my dogs do not go to a vet, yet I have vet receipts and vet statement to prove otherwise and actually one of my vets was to my home to examine and vaccinate all my dogs per my request of them, so as she continues to keep up with her lies and libel I have all the documentation that not only do my vets see my dogs, but do so regularly, and I have probably between them at least 15-20,dollars worth of vet bills to prove this along with their statements, along with them actually being out to my home! Also, her saying I was aware of any problems with the puppy again is a falsification and libelShe never got in touch with me to tell me anything, this is the first I know about her taking the puppy to the vetShe never called me or my vetAt the time she says she took the puppy to the vet I was on the internet and she was waiting for her son and her peacefully sleeping puppy to wake up to open presents Finally, I will just say that this person went even as far as to mock me in my emails due to me being illThat is sick! I would love to have a judge see all these things and it will become extremely evident that this woman has no intention of wanting to mitigate damages, or have a civil discussion, ask for help with her puppy, or anything like this,  her only intent was to get her own way and cause personal harm to myself, my dogs, my reputation, all at which she has succeeded.     Now, to the puppy, she took the puppy into her possession with my advice to wait to the following week, and with full knowledge there was no vet check because I could not get a vet appointment until the following week as it was the day before Christmas the 24th and she changed her mind multiple times from the 22 to 23rd in emails . My vet was only seeing animals on an emergency basis and she did not choose the puppy until the afternoon of Christmas Evening again at 2:30pm. [redacted] had a choice of two puppies a male puppy for $1250 and a female puppy for $1350, the female was already sold to a fellow breeder for $1200 on a co-ownership again she claims I false advertise, but the puppy was sold on a co-ownership to a breeder with one puppy to come back to me rather than my price of $2500 for a puppy with full registration, a commom practice amongst breeders. My price for this puppy to be sold as a pet was $1350 the same price as the other female and I have proof that the other folks also paid $1350, the puppy [redacted]i got was the pick puppy in the litter, best head, body, bone, conformation, and temperament tested to be a middle of the road puppy, very perfect for any situation. Another sibling did leave on the 25th and had no health issues or parasites and the people are thrilled with there puppy even paid me $100 more than I asked, I contacted them to advise they had overpaid, and they said was purposeful, and that they were so happy with the puppy and wished me a Merry Christmas, and I have that in writing. The rest of the litter went to the vet the following week and all health checked  exc[redacted]t and with health certificates cleared to fly, all healthy, flown across the country and all health checked perfect with those people personal vets in Maine, NJ and Baltimore. Only this person who has been on a personal vendetta to destroy me has had an issue with the largest and nicest puppy in the litter that a friend of mine gave up at my request to try and satisfy this customer. I have 4 customers of people with puppies from this litter willing to give statement and or testify and also supply vet reports from their vets along with my vet reports on all the other puppies that these puppies were 100 percent healthy. One puppy would not be ill with what she says is some parasite without all of them being ill and having the parasite. They live together, eat together, go potty together, do everything together, if one is ill with a contagious disease or parasite, they would all have the contagion or parasite!  I believe this woman may have purposefully withheld food and water, or drugged, if her claims that puppy was severely dehydrated are true. She claims the puppy was severely dehydrated, had a low blood sugar, and had parasites and was drooling and foaming at the mouth. There is no parasite I know of that causes this, none I have encountered in 29 years. My friend that was to co-own this puppy had just seen the puppy the day before at my home and can also attest to the condition of the puppies, puppy, and to the condition of my household. I have written statement to prove this! This was a large puppy, had plenty of fat, was eating and drinking and it would be almost impossible for the blood sugar to be low even if it did not eat, but I see no testing of the blood sugar or any blood testing. Regardless, withholding of food or water along with a move to a knew home could be stressful to a puppy to perhaps cause some issues, but at 2pm on the 24th none were evident per [redacted], the only thing I do know was she was already threatening to post libel about me well before then! I have pictures of this puppy who is healthy and fat, not malnourished of dehydrated, with the pictures matching the age of the puppy when it left our home. This person came to my home and chose this puppy from 2 and paid for it. This was the 5th dog this woman was shown 2 dogs, 3 puppies along with the parents of the puppies.  The good condition this puppy left my home in was the same condition that all the puppies were in which was exc[redacted]t. She did not leave with a sick puppy, nor was she forced to take any puppy. At this point I believe something was done to this puppy or another was taken to the vet as it is evident by her emails that she had it out for me long before she went to the vet, to the point that her emails got so harassing that I had to ask her to stop the harassment more than once.     She had also seen one of the Boxer pups on that first visit, and another French bulldog, all were healthy and she left the deposit. She saw all the dogs I own except one dog that is 9 years old. She left a deposit because they are healthy, happy, well socialized, well loved dogs and her son walked our boy [redacted] on a leash. She had a choice, had a choice to walk away from our home after spending an hour and a half at our home visiting with our dogs, and [redacted] chose to leave a deposit, not to save puppy, as per her claims of saving a puppy in her ads that she  has taken out on me another huge libel, but because she loved them and wanted one of them, maybe 2 and I have that in emails. If someone wants to protect dogs or puppies that they think are sick, they do not leave a deposit, they contact animal control or the humane society! My Lawyer thinks it is amazing that someone so happy about buying a great dog from me, and with proof in her own emails, turns into another completely different vengeful person when they can't dictate terms or get someone to agree to how she wants things to be after her verbal contract. Her claiming to save a puppy is ridiculous as she did not even chose a puppy but a 26 pound healthy French Bulldog to start, so again more libel to damage me.   I have the best vets around one that specializes in Boxers, French Bulldogs, and are used by other show people, the very best! I feed an Ultra premium food [redacted] which is exported and mainly sold to Europe because of it's high quality, made here in Texas at a private company and plant with no recalls ever. In addition my pups are supplemented with cooked beef and chicken, along with goats milk, ricotta, and yogurt along with Purina Pre and probiotics. They get the very best vet care, food, and personal attention from myself and my family. In addition I take the first 2 weeks of their lives off from work to care for newborns to make sure they get off to the best start! My work managers can testify to this.   People are not invited inside my home as they can introduce disease into my home which can kill puppies, and there are a lot of people that have their dogs or pups stolen by potential puppy buyers who are thieves, or casing a place for a thief. This is factual and I have a lot of the best show breeders in the country who can testify to this and also that this is common practice not to have pup buyers in ones home due to the reasons cited above. I am also liable if an injury occurs and I have 3 large Boxers and she had a very little toddler son with her. It is safest and best practice to meet the dogs one at a time on a leash to protect her, her son, and myself. This is not only smart, but professional! She met my dogs one at a time in my garage and her son played with them on our side lawn.   There is nothing on the vet bill that shows any testing was done for parasites, no bloodwork, no test to show puppies blood sugar was low. The only test on the bill was for Parvo and the puppy was negative. I find this whole thing bogus. She has misrepresented every single thing, going so far as to insulting my home in a beautiful neighborhood with an HOA and a 2500 square home. Calls me a puppymill when I own one breeding male boxer and one female. That is not a puppymill. I have one breeding Frenchie male and one female. This is not a puppymill, but an extremely small show breeding program. [redacted] has libeled me to you and all over the internet. I have copies of all her incessant emails, ads posted about me on [redacted] now on [redacted] and lord knows where else all posted immediately after I posted a "for sale" ad for my pups or dog. Clearly harassment and meant to damage myself and my reputation and it was stalking as is obvious that no matter what kennel name or what site the dogs were posted under she was stalking these sites and looking for my ads. Per my attorney, we set up a new kennel name with my dogs advertised and she immediately found them which meant she was stalking these sites and looking for ads so she could place an ad of her own to tarnish and damage my reputation. My kennel names have been Elizar for my Boxers for over 25 years. When I got married about 5 years ago my husband and I decided to rename our kennel name after our married name LaJeunesse as the name Elizar had to do with my late husband, a police officer killed in the line of duty, nothing strange about this. When I started with French Bulldogs I wanted a French sounding catchy show kennel name for my French Bulldogs, and I decided on C'est La Vie, I never changed my Boxer kennel name and it is still LaJeunesse and I use my email of [redacted] for over 10 years now! I have another email address for my frenchies, [redacted] but [redacted] is my primary email and I keep it so my customers from years back can contact me and stay in touch. Her conspiracy stories are crazy. However, the [redacted] was a name I came up with to see if she would stalk me to no end, and she hunted for pictures of my dogs and did then posted to slander and damage me under this name too, adding this took a lot of work and time on her part trolling all the different sites out there. I would post ad and she would immediately in the wrong for sale area above my ad, done to damage me.  I also have proof that the sale of my two dogs was impossible after all her post immediately and on the same site as my ads and as the sites keep track of how many people contact you I have written proof of this as well. I even have been with a site [redacted] for 5 plus years now, never a complaint, and she posted on my so many times on there I had to contact the company, remove my ads, cancel my subscription, and they in an email said they would contact her if her behavior continued as was against company policy, however I was mentally and emotionally done and withdrew my ads. This most importantly cost these dogs from getting into the good homes they deserved to be in, but of course is not of concern to [redacted]. Because of this I not only lost money from the sale of them which was minimal as both were worth 4 times the amount I was asking,  but because of her I had to place these dogs into a show boarding kennel at a cost of $400/week. I have receipts for this along with the health certificates and special vaccinations I had to obtain to place them in boarding, something I never, ever do with my dogs, but due to our move which [redacted] was aware of and her placing inappropriate ads preventing me from placing them at any price, I suffered greatly financially as well as most importantly these older dogs who are not accustomed to being kenneled suffered and have also lost out on the opportunity to live in a stable pet home, something I sought out for these 2 older boys both 2 years old a Boxer and a French Bulldog. Again, my lawyer and I are in the process of deciding just how to handle all of this as she has made my life miserable, has ruined a reputation, and has stated out and out lies about myself and my dogs. I have breeder friends and clients constantly calling me asking me what is going on and willing to provide written testimony, and proof to negate [redacted]s claims about me. She has even gone so far to state that I never let the puppies outside nor ever crated my puppies. Well she calls me a backyard puppymill, yet my puppies never go outside, so which is it? My puppies go outside for a minimum of 4 times a day weather permitting for a minimum of one and a half hours, the rest of the time they stay in their puppy pen which has a play area, divided eating area, and a divided area for them to relieve themselves. At night time and after 6 weeks they start getting crated for 8 hours a night, when they reach almost 8 weeks we increase that to 7-8 hours a night, and this little girl never soiled in her crate, and when allowed to roam freely in our home had very few accidents. The thought that someone would think an 8 week old puppy could be fully housebroken is just not a reasonable expectation, not impossible, as I have known a few exceptional puppies, but never the norm for a puppy of this age. Yet something she also accuses me of in her ads and libel.     Selling a dog with breeding rights is common practice amongst show breeders. [redacted] the dog she originally left a deposit has a value of a $4000 minimum, and is being shown this spring in AKC and will champion thanks to a good breeder friend who just took him in for me, who also is an expert of French Bulldogs, and I have multiple show breeders who will testify to this and his worth, breeder I purchased him from a well known AKC show breeder. I asked $1350 and to retain breeding rights until he was 6 years old. I would use that 0-2 times a year. I have placed other dogs on breeders rights a common practice amongst breeders, and have 4 dogs currently on breeders terms. Of the 4 boys 2 have been on terms for almost 3 years now and I have used one of them once, one not at all, another on terms for 2 years I have not used yet, and the last one has been on terms for 4 years and used once. Retaining the right to bred to a dog, does not mean you will or will not ever use it, it simply allows you the right to use the dog is you desire. She was made completely aware of the terms then decided she did not want to have to stick to the terms and came up with a list of what she considered acceptable alternatives. First she agreed to the terms which is a contract that she was now trying to back out of, and second it is not for her to decided what terms I will sell my dogs for, or their price. They are my property, I have bred or purchased these dogs, love them, have cared for them and raised them, and as the breeder and owner it is my choice who I sell my dogs to, the terms, their price, and for her to think she has any say is this is absolutely absurd. She claims my dogs do not go to a vet, yet I have vet receipts and vet statement to prove otherwise and actually one of my vets was to my home to examine and vaccinate all my dogs per my request of them, so as she continues to keep up with her lies and libel I have all the documentation that not only do my vets see my dogs, but do so regularly, and I have probably between them at least 15-20,000 dollars worth of vet bills to prove this along with their statements, along with them actually being out to my home!   Also, her saying I was aware of any problems with the puppy again is a falsification and libel. She never got in touch with me to tell me anything, this is the first I know about her taking the puppy to the vet. She never called me or my vet. At the time she says she took the puppy to the vet I was on the internet and she was waiting for her son and her peacefully sleeping puppy to wake up to open presents.   Finally, I will just say that this person went even as far as to mock me in my emails due to me being ill. That is sick! She thinks it is some kind of joke, some sick game she is playing. Well my lawyer thinks otherwise. So if you are wondering what I will do to correct this situation, I think it is obvious there is very little to do. She continues to defame my character, libel me, has harassed me, stalks me, never once informed me that the puppy was having any issues or that she thought was not okay per our verbal contract that she acknowledges in writing, never tried to mitigate any damages, never took the puppy to my vet, per our agreement over the holidays if there was a problem and she has cost me the loss of sales, and I had been forced to kennel 2 dogs that should have been in their new homes long ago, not to mention unnecessary vet bills I had to pay to get these dog re-examined, and approved to stay in the boarding facility with special vaccinations I do not normally give my dogs because disease can run rampant at kennels. Pain and suffering I, my family, dogs, friends have suffered because of her.  She has now posted on [redacted] something that can never be redacted by her, and would cost me a minimum of $2000 to fight and have removed. So asking what if anything I will do at this point is evident. Nothing. I will offer [redacted]i $1350 to buy the puppy back at its purchase price since it is apparent in her letters and written complaints about me and about the puppy, she is not satisfied with, claims she is having problems training the puppy, that she is very unhappy with the puppy, and I am sure with all her anger that she has within herself, this puppy is not happy about living with her either. In return she will redact everything. Short of this, I am leaving this with my lawyer to handle.   Revdex.com should come up with a site to protect good people from bad customers and to tell us we can't mention their names when they can smear a person all over the internet, post my name, address, my phone numbers, my emails addresses, well that is a big huge dangerous problem waiting to happen out there to me, and for safety of my dogs, children, grandchildren and husband, because there are really sick people out there that will come to your home and try and hurt you, and I am not a business, I am a small hobby show breeder that works as a Neonatal ICU nurse for a living and to make my money to live off of. a real job. My husband is disabled. Any money made on puppies or dogs gets reinvested back into my show program, and I am always in the negative and have bank statements, tax statements, and receipts to prove this as well. Thanks to [redacted]i, I will no longer be showing, breeding and am permanently stopping my program. She has ruined all joy there is for me. I am under a doctors treatment now because of her. The one thing I am thankful for is that there is Karma, and there is a God, good attorneys who own pups from me, and occasionally justice. I am also going to withdraw from my retirement account and hire a PI because I am done being stalked.   Sincerely,   [redacted]
