Review: This dental office bill and charged me services incorrectly. And as I was trying to resolved the issue, they sent me to collection and people are calling me and harassing me. I went into the office looking for dental services for my kids. I gave them all my information. SSN, birth dates and insurance. They verified and confirmed twice! Yet, after service was rendered, they billed additional $700+ in additional fees and threatening me with collection.Desired Settlement: Stop collection and an apology.

Response:
I am rejecting this response because:
Review: Elk Grove Dental gave me a itemized bill of what my co-pays would be on the procedures I needed done. At the time I didn't have $2,500.00 dollars. They told me I could apply for credit through [redacted] and [redacted]. My credit went through at both companies. Elk Grove Dental was paid before I had my procedures done and I would have to start paying my monthly bill Feb 1, 2014. I had 11 teeth pulled and temp. top dentures made. I received my EOB from my insurance company and my co-pays only added up to $823.00. I brought this to their attention and was only given credit for a quarter of what it should have been. So now I have these credit card companies calling me 10 times a day for their money. They have also charges me $550.00 dollar co-pay for my son which they gave me credit on what I owed for procedures.Desired Settlement: I want them to make it right. I want them to pay the credit card company their money back that they received for over charging me for my co-pays.
