I am rejecting this response because: The problem with the brake light is still ongoing, after times ford has attempted to fix it I do not trust that Elk Grove Ford will be able to resolve the issue

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meIf no response from the business by 11-5-then I will be contacting them

After I got my oil changed at the dealership they informed me that I needed to get my radiator flushed so a week or so later I had them flush my radiator after about a month after they flushed my radiator as I was coming from a medical appointment during rush hour traffic my car warned me that it was running hot and I needed to stop my vehicle somewhere safe so I parked my car and called the dealership and they told me that they can take a look at my vehicle after I got it towed over there. So I left my car there after I got it towed and they informed me the next day that they needed to replace some parts which cost over $200. A few weeks later as I'm headed to EDD for a mandatory workshop for unemployment I noticed my car was running hot again. After the workshop I checked under the hood and my car was out of coolant again. This time after putting coolant and water in my vehicle it was leaking from the bottom of my car this time so I contacted the dealership again and spoke to a servi

Two issues: 1) Purchased new Ford FtruckWhen the vehicle was delivered it had miles on the odometer2) We submitted a product cancel request on 6/25/to have the extended warranty cancelledThe OD reading on that date was 37,After receiving the notice, the owner of the dealership contacted me to find out why we wanted to cancel the waranty, I told him I didn't want it to begin with and proceeded to tell him I was unhappy with the fact the vehicle had over miles on it when it was deliveredWe got into a verbal confrontationFrom that time on we have not received a refund for the remaining balance of the extended warranty we requested cancelledThey will no longer retun my callsOn 7/26/my wife called the sales manager (***), left a message which has never been returned

I recently purchased a vehicle The management arranged to pick up my trade-inI had many items in the trathat I needed to retrieveI waited for the call to get the itemsThen after sometime I called and spoke to a managerAgain waiting for a call back never happenedI have now realized your only important when you are buying a carI was told to make a list of the items in the car since they didn't call me to get my thingsThere was a cost involved to replace the itemsAfter the manager's receiving the email and realizing the amount of $they changed their mindsThey were not going to take responsibilityThey said it was my problem and they were not going to pay for my personal itemsAgain, you are only important to a dealership when your spending your moneyAfter the fact you mean nothing to themPlease think twice about giving them your moneyThey are sooo nice to you only until it becomes a financial reversalGo somewhere else to spend your moneyThey d

Extreme dissatisfaction You have one great employee Ramon, keeping me in the loop on one side of the Elk Grove Ford, Dealership And then you have another side on Service, or a BCD Department, that wastes a customers time with frivolous trips to a dealership over small details Run arounds on Warranty work Run arounds, with a supposed Technician, whom since May, with numerous trips to Dealership, along with keeping my car almost four days, just seem to be unable to update my Software to my new Ford F- Until the last part of August, my time, energy, and wear and tear on my vehicle has exhausted me Was promised paperwork and a reimbursement check for approximately $in gas money a few weeks ago to be delivered by mail Never showed Was informed by Ramon, that check was put in mail right around Wednesday, September 5, 2018, and as of Monday, September 10, 2018, still nothing Besides broken promises and delays Why is it, I could never obtain the issues or warranty addressal paperwork in person, as the excuse was “open status?” Besides, having a great Sales Guy sell me a truck from Elk Grove And then dealing with a A+++ awesome employee like Ramon Why is it the Dealership in whole gas dropped the ball on my concerns, time, promises, with excuses?
Key Points:
Oil Change Service side of the house Ramon, has bent over backwards, to assist me And the Dealership in whole has failed me Why?
Spoke to Ramon, on 9/10/2018, who was going on to address the umptieth time, my issue, as I still have not received the promised reimbursed check (receipt given) and all paperwork of work, services done to my car on GPS System, (Sim Card Replacement)Unless this has been one designed spin to get me frustrated since May I have decided to take my business elsewhere I will not do business with their Woodland sector, nor Elk Grove any longer My time and energy is valuable, much like Elk Grove Ford

I went to this dealership to buy a specific car model but I was lied to by one of the sales persons and ended up buying a different model than I wanted originallyThe salesman said the model I wanted was out of my price range and I ended up buying a different model at a price that was in fact the same average price as the model I wanted and more expensive than the average of the model I ended up paying forWhen I complained to the general manager he said he was not willing to do anything for meHe literally threatened me when I said I was going to write a negative review on the website and said "I should be very careful what I say to him."

On 8/8/16, I went to Elk Grove Ford for oil change and problem with brake light staying on (this had been brought up on my previous visit, and I was advised it was fixed, but the light came back on the next day)I did not bring it back because the light was intermittent and I was unsure it would be on when it went in for servicingAs it became more consistent, and it was time for another oil change, I brought the truck back inWhen the service adviser called me, he said that my brakes were at 2mm and needed to be replaced urgently (not necessarily immediate)This was strange since the last time I was there, they said my brakes were at 5mm, and I drive mostly highway miles and with no loadSince I have been a long-time customer of 25-years, I trusted them and authorized the brake serviceLater that day, I received a call saying that my vehicle was readyI started my truck and noticed the light was still onI immediately went back inside to tell themThe service adviser told

I would like to give caution to all women in dealing with this dealership in all of my experiences with this dealership there advisors have talked down to me and treated me like I am stupid come back at me with condescending answers when I have asked questions, I am a disabled person and in December there Service Advisor Steve C*** told me to crawl underneath my car to break off metal plates that one of the mechanics failed to put back on properly or if I could not get them off drive it anyway !!! Then I finely got him to send someone to look at the car and Steve C*** was yelling at them because they couldn't get the plates off either he told the boy to drive my car like it was and I told him that Ford would pay for any damages and he went off cussing at the boy who was trying to not let me here but I could here everything Steve C*** said it was pretty ugly !!!
Now on April 10,I went to get in the car it was dead again and when I got to the dealership there service advisor and shop Forman started in on me with everything from it was my pets fault that I don't have to rats, & mice and my cell phone that I don't charge in the car they just could not except that FORD PUT A BAD BATTERY IN THE CAR !!!!!!!
It had to be my fault !!!! But today 4/11/when I went to pick up my car and they made me go hiking around the dealership property to get my car using a walker and I am less than six weeks out from total hip-replacement no one even offered to go get the car and I have had many other surgeriesI have always been very respectful to all of your employees but to be treated poorly and talked down to is uncalled for and be discriminated against because I am disabled I will not put up with I don't do it to anyone and I won't put up with it

days ago, on August 29th I took my new truck in for an oil change at 20k miles to elk Grove FordMy vehicle was driving with no issues when taking it to the dealer for a routine service
Upon receiving my keys to my vehicle, I entered my truck and started the engineI scrolled through the dash menus to make sure they reset the "oil life meter" which they did notseconds after having my truck started, there was a "Low Oil Pressure" warning which popped up on the dashI hadn't even put the truck in Drive nor left the lotI turned the vehicle off and brought it to the techs attentionThey told me "it was just a sensor" and I should come back in TWO weeks when they had time to look at itI told them that was unacceptable and they reluctantly gave me a rental car
Two weeks after the initial problem, Elk Grove Ford had yet to look at my vehicleI called multiple times and was given to information besides "wait longer." After the month mark, I was still being told my El
