Review: On 05/13/2013 Elk Grove Shell replaced my ecm, computer in my 2003 Chrysler Town & Country Mini-van, and [redacted], the manager of Elk Grove Shell, told me he had good news, the ecm does not need to be flashed. Now the computer, ecm, which is still under warranty, needs to be flashed. [redacted] stated that flashing the ecm is not covered under the warranty. I paid $1052.00 in 05/31/2013 for the new computer and repairs. I am now being told by [redacted] that I must take my van to the Chrysler Dealership and have and pay for my ecm to be flashed at the dealership which will cost me an additional $135.00. I do not believe that I should be responsible for paying for the flashing or programming of the ecm that [redacted] at Elk Grove Shell installed and guaranteed would be in proper working order, and the ecm installed by Shell in May of 2013 was re-manufactured, I was not informed that the computer that I was paying over $1000.00 for was re-manufactured. and I was told that it DID NOT NEED to be flashed.Elk Grove Shell's BAR#144912 EPA#CAL921282934Desired Settlement: I just want Elk Grove Shell to complete the job that they started back in May 2013 and flash the ecm computer. They can either take my van themselves to the Chrysler Dealership or pay the Chrysler Dealership service station and I will take it in myself, I just do not feel I should be liable for the additional fees for having the ecm flashed as it should have been done almost 9 months ago.

Review: Fuel prices advertised in cash prices & credit prices. I specifically chose their place of business do to the considerable difference in cash price vs competitors cash price. While filling, I noticed I want receiving the cash price advertised but, the credit price. When I asked the attendant about the cash price & why I wasn't receiving said price, his excuse was, they stopped giving the cash price discount a couple months ago; which would have given them plenty of time to remove the cash prices, yet they're still advertising cash prices.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation from the owner, on the matter, as well as a refund in the amount of the difference for the advertised cash price vs the credit price.
