they did give me the money for the rental cardidn't say why they took a month and a halfI called other businesses they said at the most daysAAA quoted $and dayNever got a call as to why the car was taking so longAlso placed a call to management still no responseNo refund the business only paid for my rental car

I am rejecting this response because:The reason that I brought in the car that day was to fix the faulty transmission, then he forced me to trade it to higher trim, and promised to buy my car with the price I bought itThey did not disclosed that I cannot cancel it

I regards to the complaint issued by *** ***, he came in and wanted to exchange his already purchased WRX for another WRX with additional equipmentWe told him several times that it didn’t make sense for him to trade his vehicle so soon after his purchase and he would be
losing depreciation, tax and license , dealer profitHe insisted on us to work out numbers and after several hours he agreed to take the loss in exchange for his desire to upgrade to a new WRXThen several days later after taking delivery he decides he want return the 2nd unit he purchased stating he didn’t realize the loss that he had accepted on his first purchaseThis is simply not true we were very clear on his position on his first car and tried to let him know that we thought it didn’t make financial sense to move forward but he insisted on the purchaseOnce a vehicle is driven of our lot it becomes a used vehicle regardless of the time a customer has used it and it’s not possible by law to take a car back without penaltiesWe feel the customer changed his mind after spending several hours negotiated and taking delivery signing all the paperwork and is now blaming us for his decisionI don’t think we could have been any clearer on what he was deciding .Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter

I am responding to your request for additional documentation on this complaint. Please see the 3 attached PDF files. I have sent you both sales contracts that were signed by Mr. [redacted] to highlight that he signed on the ‘no cooling off’ disclosure box on both. In addition I have attached email correspondence from Mr. [redacted] as well as copies of his satisfaction survey complaints to Subaru of America that includes not only his complaints but our response back to Subaru of America. Subaru of America customer service department closed this complaint as buyer’s remorse. Feel free to reach out to [redacted] or myself should you need further information. [redacted]Sales ManagerElk Grove Subaru

lender. We informed customer that they gave permission to run their credit and allow us to share with banks before we sent to lenders. We've had several conversation's and attempt's to resolve this matter...Miss [redacted] has been informed if she wishes to cancel her service agreement and gap insurances she would need to fill out the proper cancellation forms. As to the re- signing of her contract at a higher rate it's always up...

to the buyer to choose to re-sign or resend contract...she choose to keep the vehicle. As to the "miscellaneous inappropriate" behavior she is referring to an employee whom has not been with our company for over a year and although we would never condone any behavior like she has described we are unable to confirm her accusations but have apologized on behalf of our company.

Review: Early in July I went to Elk grove Subuaru to help me wiht getting a car loan. [redacted] helped me and he was great I thought everything was great with this dealership until they deposited a check sooner than expected which caused an NSF fee on my checking account in the amount of $35. Per the contract signed I put down $750 for my car. $250 that was paid the day the docs were signed. Another $250 check to be deposited on 071614 and another $250 which was to be deposited on 080214. The first two checks went to the back later than expected but the last check that was to be deposited on 080214 was taken to the back on 072514 a week early. This transaction caused an NSF on my account of $35. I contacted [redacted] one of the finance managers there and he told me as long as I showed him proof of the fee that it would be refunded back to me. I provided the dealership with two printouts showing that I was charged $35 when they made the deposit early. I was told that I was gong to be getting a check in the mail for the fee that was on 073014. The finance manager actually called me on 073014 and told me that the accounting department have all the necessary documents from me and I should be receiving a check in the next couple of days. I was also reassured personally on 080214 that I would be receiving payment by check in the mail. It is now 081114 and I have still yet to see anything from this dealership. I have called twice since 080614 and I have not received any response from this company. They have received the entire $750 for my down payment and now they dont want to talk to me. I would really like the refund of my NSF fee that was caused by this company. I also have the contract where it states in written that the last portion of my deposit was not to be made until 080214. It may not seem like much money to most but I feel that they should pay that fee for not following the terms of the contract that I signed with them.Desired Settlement: All I want is the $35 dollar NSF fee that they caused to be charged to my account when they deposited the check prior to the date stated on the contract.

Review: To whom it may concern:

I wish to make a complaint regarding fraudulent practices I experienced dealing with Lasher’s Elk Grove Subaru.

On February 8, 2016, I received an email regarding purchase of a new or used vehicle. Because I was contemplating attempting to purchase a car, I responded supplying contact information. I was later that day contacted by [redacted], Special Financing Manager, by telephone informing me I was pre-selected for the purchase of a vehicle. In response to Mr. [redacted]’ questions I informed him I was looking for a used car and was able to make a down payment of $750-$1000.00 with a monthly payment of $120-150. He said he was going to run that information through their bank and he would get back to me. I did not authorize a loan request nor did I sign anything. I did not hear back from Mr. [redacted].

Later the same day, February 8, 2016, I was contacted by Mr. [redacted], another Special Financing Manager at the dealership. I reiterated what I had told Mr. [redacted] and we set up an appointment to look at options. Not yet having the funds for a down payment, I did not go to the appointment. At no time was a specific car or purchase price discussed.

On Tuesday, February 17, I received a letter from [redacted] dated February 11, 2016, informing me that my loan request made on February 10th, Application No. [redacted], in the amount of $14,227, had been declined. I never made such application; did not supply any information to anyone other than my name and address. The letter I received was to [redacted] when in fact I typically go by [redacted] or [redacted]. My first name was even misspelled.

I called the dealership to inquire about this letter and was basically given a run around and told this would not affect any future credit requests. Given that one of the reasons I was declined was “too many inquires in the last 12 months” it would appear their unauthorized, unsolicited for credit in my name would compound the issue.

I have since received another loan decline letter for the same dollar amount form [redacted]. It again lists one of the factors on my credit report as “too many inquiries in the last 12 months”.

Today, February 27th, I received two letters from [redacted] with two separate “application numbers” ([redacted] and [redacted]). Again, unsolicited applications made in my name for leasing a vehicle.Desired Settlement: I did not request or authorize a loan request in my name and I signed nothing. I believe Lasher’s Elk Grove Subaru, specifically the Special Financing Section, acted fraudulently and in bad faith. This was a predatory act on a party in need of information and assistance and who was acting in good faith. They have contributed to an already problematic credit situation that I am trying to rectify with the credit reporting agencies. I request this incident be investigated.

By copy of this letter I am notifying the Revdex.com.

Sincerely,

Business
