We are very frustrated and annoyed by this dealership.
Two weeks ago we sent them an email requesting some information about a car they were advertising. After that, we have had a terrible experience with their Internet Sales Advisor, Natasha Klein. She would either not respond, or keep writing us that she never received our emails. However, in each email, she was pushy by insisting for us to go to their dealership. It seemed that all she cared about was to get us into the dealership, rather than answering the questions.
Then she kept sending us more emails asking us when we would be going over, this is after we asked her not to contact us and that we were no longer interested in their automobile. If that was not bad enough all her emails arrived as a pairs (two emails with the same content).
Today, we received an email (in pairs) from their Pre-Owned Sales Manager, Jason Wilensky, advising us that he was adding us to the dealership's family of satisfied owners! Really?!?!
Being further annoyed by the above email, we called the General Manager, Jeff Steinke, to discuss the many unsolicited emails. Although the receptionist told us that he was in his office, he did not take our call. We went ahead and left him a nice message requesting a call back. However, he never returned our call!
The employees in Elk Mountain Motors are either Internet illiterate, or their system is so behind times that no one knows how to use it. Something must change if they continuously claim that they don't receive emails, but continue sending pushy emails even after you ask them to remove you from their list.
