Review: [redacted] at Elk Mountain in Helena Montana entered into contract with me to sell my Lexus SUV, contract stated minimum price I would accept for them to sell it on consignment. The vehicle was sold after 4 Months of sitting on their lot, once they sold the vehicle they shipped the vehicle to New York for shipment overseas. The vehicle was shipped 2 weeks prior to me getting a check for the total amount I was owed and the dealer was to then pay off the lien with my Credit Union to received the lien waver to transfer title to the new owner.Desired Settlement: Check paid to me with Interest and payments I have continued to make to the lien holder. I would also like to see exactly what they sold my truck for, the agreement was for them to make $500.00 above my sales price, these documents were never revealed to me.
