The consumer making this complaint has received a service for a fair price Service performed flawlessly Payment made eventually There does not appear to be any issue left to resolve, except perhaps this consumer's unsatisfied sense of entitlement. Having been in business since 2011, Sisu Builders (Not "SISU) has built many fruitful relationships and received positive reviews on various platforms Woucustomers will not find a negative review from anyone other than the person making this complaint We wish to terminate this discussion and get on to satisfying more customers Thanks, have a great day!

*** *** (We agree with Mr***'s statement "work was performed as agreed upon", & noted this in our original complaintHowever, we strongly disagree with Mr***'s statement "invoices for as agreed upon", as we never discussed invoices nor did we receive a prior estimateAlso, we don't favor Mr***'s non-informative invoice system, as there is no way to know exactly what you are paying for, nor is there any accountability for the contractorIn addition, our bill appeared "excessive" for the task performedFinally, we disagree with Mr***'s statement "paid for as agreed upon", as there was no mutual agreement on the billing amountWe simply paid the bill, as both parties were heading into a "no win" situationThis being said, there was never an issue about paying SISU, as we reimbursed Mr*** (3) times prior for work completedIn this particularly case, we questioned SISU' billing amount ($1,600) for a "pedestal meter: materials & installation" per invoiceTherefore, we requested Mr*** provide us with an itemized billSurprisingly, Mr*** responded in a very defensive & oppositional mannerHe maintained this demeanor throughout this conflict, & never provided additional infoEventually, we contacted the subcontractor who was more than willing to provide us with an itemizationTJ Electric sent this info., likely because they are a reputable, honest, responsible companyOn the other hand, we eventually learned from Mr*** there was an added charge in our bill for "trips" to our propertyThis wasn't disclosed on our invoice, & concerned us further about other hidden feesIn addition, we found it difficult to deal with Mr***'s lack of transparency, sarcastic & angry demeanor, & overall general disrespect toward the customerThese "unethical" business traits are not what we are looking for in a home builderTherefore, we discontinued our plans to have SISU build our home, & wouldn't recommend them to othersDocumentation is available upon request for all infoprovided in this report & original complaint form

Work was performed as agreed upon, invoiced for as agreed upon, and eventually paid for as agreed upon? I don't believe even a reading of Mr*** skewed account, with its "gratuitous" quote marks and attempts at formal language, could result in the conclusion that Sisu Builders did anything
illegal or unethical? We're a business, and we expect to be paid for the work we do.? --*** ***
