She had a antique secretary that was too tall to fit into the elevator, so they were going to have to carry it up stairs. They carried it to the second floor stair well and told me it would cost me an additional $45.00 to take it the rest of the way to the third floor. I refused to pay the additional fee, so they left it in the stair well. They gave me the bill which should have been $416.00 and it was over $600.00. They added on fuel surcharges and travel time that was not discussed when I was originally quoted. He finally dropped the bill down to $550.00 and threatened to sue if she didn't pay.
