I wanted to follow up on the complaint from Brandi ***We have continued to work with this customer on this issue and we have resolved it with her

Brandi has been in discussions with our care representative, Chad, for several weeksChad presented several options for addressing the complaintAt the last point in our discussions with the customer, she had expressed a desire to keep the product and requested a refundWhen Chad prepared to move
forward with this approach, Brandi advised him to hold off, because she needed to clear the decision with her husbandWe are still awaiting their decisionI believe that we are scheduled to reconnect with Brandi again on Tuesday, November to determine next steps

I am rejecting this response because:I sent Chad a list of cabinets that had to be replaced due to defective workmanshipIn actuality everything needs to be replaced and I did consider going through the process in it’s entirety all over again However, I am not interested in ripping my entire home apart once again and affecting my childrenSo, I asked Chad to replace the cabinets that aren’t even presentable and settle for the rest of the cabinets that are still in my possessionTherefore, we have not fully reached an agreement, I spoke with Chad Monday 11/27/and gave him my final decision.
