We did in fact make or trips to the unit working on the dryer I am attaching a photo of the lint trap inside the door for you to see The problem was not the dryer at all, rather the dryer vent Once when we made a visit we noticed that the dryer had been pushed all the way back against the wall mashing the vent While we were working on the vent pipe, we installed a temporary vent system We believe that all issues with the dryer have been resolved at this point in time Sincerely, [redacted] -- Elkins Apartments NWalnut St, Bloomington, Indiana / elkinsapartments.com
