Horrible service. There was no communication or professionalism from any of the sales associates or sales supervisor. I called and went in many times for answers about where my truck was and when it would be in. All I got was and I don't know, I'll call you. I was told three different times that my truck would be in and the truck had not arrived at the other dealership yet. They had no problem cashing my down payment check, but had no answer or a truck to produce. After a week of fighting for info. and calling the other dealership myself, my truck finally showed up. They drove it from the other dealership instead of shipping it, so it now has over 200 miles on it. After a discussion with the Manager/owner, nothing was solved. He talked down to me and my wife and told us that we didn't understand. The only thing he offered to do was give my down payment check back and send me on my way with no truck to show for the hassel. He didn't even try to make me happy or make the situation better. A gift certificate or some sort of accessory for my truck.Business Response I would of responded sooner but I just received this complaint yesterday by fax. I have talked to [redacted] by phone and apologized for our poor communication of how and when her vehicle would arrive at our dealership. I also apologized for how she was treated during the transaction. At that time I offered for her to stop by when her gas tank was near empty and I would fill it for her. She stopped by at a later date at which time I apologized again and filled her truck with fuel. She pointed out a couple of spots on her paint and I let her know that we would try our best to remove those for her at her convenience. Please let [redacted] know she can call me anytime if she is not happy and I will do my best to take care of the issue. I am satisfied with the owner of the business and his efforts to work with me to resolve the issues at hand. When I went back in to have the few spots on the paint looked at one of the employees made me feel like I was making a big deal out of nothing. I talked to the owner he again apologized for the way his employees treat people. I'm not satisfied with the way some of their employees have treated me. I am no longer going to deal with this company. I do not deserve to be treated that way every time I go there for an issue. I would rather deal with the spots on my truck then to have to go back there and feel belittled again. There are a handful of employees that helped me with this issue that made things better, but for the rest of the people that work there they are rude and have horrible customer service skills. From this point forward I will just take my business else where. Thanks for your help.
