Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As you can see from the screenshots attached, on April 26th, [redacted] charged my fiancé's account for $( a charge that we both missed earlier) On April 27th, they charged the card for $and then the additional $ The company says that the charge for $was declined by [redacted] and I have sent a screenshot of that pending charge When we saw that charge, the card was cancelled and a new card issued to my fiancé I have also attached the screenshot where they DID receive the $in full on May 13, They were only authorized to take $from the account They were unauthorized to take the additional $from the bank account ($on 4/26/17, $on 4/27/17, and $on 5/13/17) As I stated earlier, the card that was used to place the $purchase has been cancelled so a refund cannot be issued on that bank card A check for $will need to be mailed to my home address:

We apologize for the inconvenience this customer has incurred but according to our "Terms and Conditions", which she agreed to by checking the box, if customer does not call before the day trail ends she is enrolled in the membership program Ms *** has filed a complaint with her bank
which then issues a chargeback to us When this happens we can not refund to the customer because her bank is issuing the refund

I am rejecting this response because:  As you can see from the screenshots attached, on April 26th, [redacted] charged my fiancé's account for $6.95 ( a charge that we both missed earlier).  On April 27th, they charged the card for $4.95 and then the additional $1.95.  The company says that the charge for $89.95 was declined by [redacted] and I have sent a screenshot of that pending charge.  When we saw that charge, the card was cancelled and a new card issued to my fiancé.  I have also attached the screenshot where they DID receive the $89.95 in full on May 13, 2017.  They were only authorized to take $4.95 from the account.  They were unauthorized to take the additional $98.85 from the bank account ($6.95 on 4/26/17, $1.95 on 4/27/17, and $89.95 on 5/13/17).  As I stated earlier, the card that was used to place the $4.95 purchase has been cancelled so a refund cannot be issued on that bank card.  A check for $98.85 will need to be mailed to my home address:
