Elko Studios

Review: On June 14, 2014 my son [redacted] graduated from PACyber school in Philadelphia at the Kimmel Center. [redacted] Elko Studios were there taking graduate photos so I ordered my son a package. When I asked their staff when to expect deliver of the photos, they said 2-3 weeks. After a month had passed, I called Elko Studios and left 2 messages over the course of a week and received no response. I tried again in mid August and spoke to a staff member who assured me that she would look into the matter and contact me soon. Another week passed, and I called again, leaving a detailed message describing my frustration and demanding a return call. After receiving no response from them, I called Elko Studios once again today and had to leave yet another voice message. They already charged my credit card $45 on 6/17 and now it's almost 3 months later and my son still hasn't received his photos or an explanation as to the delay. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed with Elko Studios and their lack of professionalism regarding this matter.Desired Settlement: I need my son's graduation photos delivered immediately, and be issued a written apology for the inconvenience and aggravation caused.
