I have never really written a review like this before. I guess I am what's known as hard to please. I believe most people, and most companies tend to do just enough
to get by - not go the extra mile. I am sure you all have dealt with those companies.
Well I am here at the age of 68 to tell you about a company that does what they promise - even if you live clear across the country from them. I have lived in the
Las Vegas, Nevada area for over 40 years. I am a legally disabled lady Veteran.
And I have been retired 16 years. As I have gotten older I have had to struggle
to stay clean, and it was getting dangerous in my home shower.
The solution came in the form of a 'walk-in tub' from Ella's Bubbles.
When I first looked into walk-in tubs I was blown away with the price, but when I
found out that the VA would help - it became a no brainer.
I am so glad I got this wonderful tub. I really enjoy my shower baths, because I
can sit there and have all the benefits of a shower - right in the tub safely, and I
really like the bubbles and multi-colored light. Bathing is now a pleasant experience
not hazardous duty.
The reason I am writing this is because after 2 years or great service, my tub needed
a couple of parts and a small fix.
I contacted the folks that sold, and installed my tub, but they had to move out of state
for family reasons. It was then that I contacted Sergio [redacted] - - MR. Bubbles :-)
Sergio was quick to find out what parts to ship, and set it all up with Luis [redacted] here
in Nevada to make the repair. By the way Sergio is in Chicago, IL - just a "few" miles
away - 1524 miles as the crow flies.
I am happy to report my tub is back to its wonderful - like new - self. Sergio took care
of everything - the parts - the labor - the works.

I want everyone to know about Ella's walk in tub. They make an excellent produce and they stand behind what they make. I know many seniors who have walk in tubs which they never use. So when my wife and I needed a walk in tub we took our time checking them out. We chose Ella's because it was the only one that had TWO drains. Some single drain walk in tubs take 20 minutes to drain before you can open the door to get out. That is a long time in a half filled tub on a cold winter night. Our tub drains in less than a minute. Ella's does not advertise a young pretty girl in the tub. They show and tell you about the quality of the parts and the pumps that are in their tubs. When a hydro control switch went out I called them. They sent me a free replacement switch with pictures and instructions on how to put it in. They also have a web site that shows you how. I called their technical support manager Sergio [redacted] and he talked me through the process. He knows his product inside and out. Over the phone he can tell you how to identify what the problem is and how to fix it. Having Sergio's support means I don't have to call a plumber. Now that is real support! Thank you Ella and thanks to Sergio. .
What a refreshing experience working with staff at Ella's Bubbles has been. I had to order some replacement headrests for my new tub as the construction workers damaged the original pair. The staff made it super easy and getting the warranty paperwork dealt with under our unusual circumstances was handled well. The tub is even better than I had hoped, everything is working as promised and it looks beautiful to boot. I highly recommend looking to Ella's Bubbles for your walk-in tub, I will gladly return for future needs!
I purchased my Ella's Bubbles tub about 1 1/2 years ago and have been very pleased with it. I did have a minor problem with one or more of the functions not working and had to call the man that installed it to come fix it. I couldn't get hold of my repair man and emailed the company to see if there was an installer in my area. Sergio called me as soon as he saw the email and said he would try to find someone. In a few minutes he called back and said he was able to reach the original installer (I had tried many times without success). Not only did the original installer fix the problem he made a suggestion as to how to avoid it in the future. I passed this suggestion on to Sergio and he responded immediately. Needless to say, I am very impressed with this company's commitment to customer service. They are just great!
DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR. I work at [redacted] and ordered a tub from this company for a customer whose wife is ill and needed a very specific tub type. First, the delivery was delayed for a MONTH due to "extra testing" that would ensure the tub functioned correctly. This delayed the project for an additional 3 months due to the contractor no longer having space in his schedule for this 3 DAY PROJECT. Then, we receive the tub and find that not once, but TWICE pieces are missing from the tub that were supposed to be installed by the factory. We ordered and paid to have these parts overnighted, but Ella's Bubbles did not ship them correctly and the parts were delayed for days. We are still dealing with this tub install, trying to install parts that were supposed to be installed already, and Ella's Bubbles refuses to compensate the customer at all for all of these delays. If you want a working and functioning tub, save yourself an awful experience and DO NOT use this company.
I purchase a tub at home depot and my husband needed installation assistance so we call Ella's bubbles technical department and the boys answer the call right away. Now my tub is up and running and I love it!!! Thank you Ella's bubbles.
My tub cracked because of an improperly hand grip. Contacted Sergio [redacted], he sent the correct parts and had a service tect fix the cracks! Nice to know they honor their warranty!
I love my tub .and they are excellent for asking anything you need to know about the tub.

The response from customer services has been so different from other companies we have dealt with in our remodel process. The company and employees have been prompt and courteous. They have answered our questions and made us feel like valued customers. Thank you, Sergio, for the help with warrantied part replacements.
We bought a Ella's Bubbles Deluxe walk in tub dad loves it. After having it two years the plastic and silicone door latch broke, so we called customer service and explained what we needed and the friendly associate took our info and said they would send one out right away. Two days later the part showed up and I put it on and it is good as new. Great service and great product.
I was so excited to find Ella Bubble's products on the internet. I was in the process of converting a half bath to a full bath on the first floor so my mother-in-law (who is frail and lives with us) could bathe on the first floor and was searching for the right shower/bath solution. The Ella Bubbles small 45" Long Dual Massage Gel Coat Walk In Tub was the perfect fit. It is well-crafted and the faucet and shower fittings are top-notch and with the push of a button switches from bath mode to shower mode. I love the magnetic panels which make it easy to access the plumbing, motors, and electric for any future maintenance. The hydrotherapy massage system and the therapeutic air massage system work like a charm. I was impressed with how quickly the tub fills up and drains. The door shuts snuggly and has a clever hinge which allows my 88 year old mother-in-law to get in and out of the unit with comfort. It is also very spacious inside even though it is a small unit. The safety features of the no-slip surface and grab bar are very helpful. I am 100% satisfied with this product. It was the only unit I could find (and I looked everywhere) that was small enough to fit my space but large enough to meet all of our bathing needs. In addition, the customer service is first-rate. They addressed any concern I had promptly and professionally. Way to go Ella Bubbles!!
I work with a bathroom remodel company. We have installed quite a few of Ella's walk-in tubs. Recently I had a customer inform me that a particular part on the tub was loosing it's finish. I contacted the company, and to make a long story short, I had a replacement part in my hands in 2 days. The customer service is fantastic. I'm currently in a similar situation with a competitor and have been trying to get a part for 3 weeks. Ella's Bubbles is far superior.
