Review: I placed an order on Friday, May 16, 2014 for four (4) products in the amount of $85.00 plus $8.00 in shipping minus a 35% discount totaling in $63.25.

On Tuesday, June 3, 2014 I sent an email (the only form to communicate with the owner) to check on the status of my order. Four (4) hours later I did receive a response stating my order is still in process.

On Tuesday, July 1, 2014 I sent another email to again check on the status of my order. Seven (7) minutes later I receive a response apologizing for the delay and that I can look for an email with my tracking information between that same day, Tuesday, July 1, 2014 - Thursday, July 3, 2014. We responded with one more email each. My email was thanking her for the fast response and hers guaranteeing faster delivery.

On Sunday, July 6, 2014 I received what I believe was an email blast stating that all orders placed before Sunday, June 21, 2014 will be shipped out on Tuesday, July 8, 2014 and we should be looking for an email with our shipping/tracking information.

On Wednesday, July 23, 2014 I sent a third (3rd) email checking on the status of my order, since I hadn't received any shipping/tracking information which I was assured I should have received by now. Four (4) minutes later I receive a response stating she clearly remembers our multiple emails, apologized for not keeping her word, and again assuring me that now my order is boxed and will be picked up on Saturday - which I assumed on the 26th of July. I will be the first to get my tracking number the following day. I once again thanked her for the quick response.

On Saturday, July 26, 2014, three (3) days later after our last email conversation and after over 2 months of placing my order I finally receive an email with shipping information and a tracking number. She apologized for the delay and advised that the order is being picked up on that day.

On Monday, August 18, 2014 I sent an email, fully aware of her policy I asked for a refund. I have been patient for over 3 months and still did not receive my products that I already had paid for. Not one time during our back and forth emails did I ask for an extra discount, for any free products, I just wanted my order to be completed and it has not. I can't even start to think what the problem/issue would be that after 3 months I have not received my package.

On Tuesday, August 19, 2014 the following day I received a response stating that she was sure my package was sent out weeks ago and that she sent me a tracking number. She mentioned her strict no refund policy so in order to resolve this issue she will remake the order and send it out the following day. She also mentioned she will investigate the problem with USPS. I replied back stating I understand and will look out for the email with a new tracking number.

On Tuesday, September 2, 2014 exactly 2 weeks after our latest email conversation I sent out an email stating that I was expecting my new tracking number and have never received it, which also means I have not received my package. I asked for a status.

On Friday, September 12, 2014 Ten (10) days later after not receiving a response, I sent another email stating just that and asking for a status update.

On Friday, September 19, 2014 One (1) week after I sent my last email, I sent another email stating I have lost my patience and my excitement to even try out her products. I understand her no refund policy but I too also have a strict policy and that is to not waste my hard earned money. I expect to receive a product I paid for in full. I fortunately work for an attorney and was going to seek legal advice because it is just not fair and very unprofessional. I gave her until Monday, Sepember22, 2014 to get back to me.

As of today, Friday, September 26, 2014 I have yet to hear from her. I contacted the United States Postal Service and gave them the only tracking number I received in July and asked for a status. I was told that she only generated the label but never had the package picked up or the package was never dropped off. I’ve tried contacting her through different social media and no response, instead she just deletes my comments, which was I asking her to check her inbox and another comment which was my honest review of her services. (I figured if she allows all of her good reviews she should allow me the same privilege). I did that only to hopefully help out others who were thinking of ordering with her and to push her to finally contact me and to send out my order! But like I mentioned she deleted it, which only tells me that she is alive and well and receiving my forms of communication. If you notice I stating how long it took her to reply to each of my emails in the beginning, when she stopped replying back I can only assume she is deliberately ignoring my emails and comments. I also find it very disrespectful when I see she has the time to post pictures on her Instagram but cannot take the time to resolve an issue with a dissatisfied customer.

I ask that you help me reach her because as you can see conveniently enough she doesn't have a customer service phone number, only an email and she is not replying any longer.Desired Settlement: After so long, I don't think I can even trust that if I do receive the products that it will be done correctly. I prefer a refund, but if for some reason which I don’t believe there should be one any longer, then yes I will reluctantly accept delivery of order.

Review: I placed an order for [redacted] Oil and [redacted] Nectar Spritzer on May 3, 2014 from Ella's Concoctions. I received my order on May 27,2014 and the glass bottle of [redacted] oil was broken. I immediately notified Jess B[redacted] of Ella's Concoctions that the bottle was broken and I could send it back to her for a replace. I received and immediate response stating I didn't need to send the broken bottle back( which was wrapped in paper and not bubble wrap or in a secure box) and that a replacement would be mailed by the end of the week. I emailed Ms. B[redacted] again on May 30th and June 2nd as I hadn't received a tracking number and she promised on June 2nd that it would be mailed the next day. I emailed again on June 4th to ask for a tracking number and never received an email response. Ella's Concoctions then held a sale stating they had [redacted] Oil had bottles available and placed it on [redacted] on June 3rd. I placed a response on [redacted] asking if there were any bottles still available and was advised yes 2 or 3. I responded back that I was still waiting on a replacement but I may order another bottle. She then responded stating she was waiting on a ingredients for the replacement and should have in Friday but then deleted the comment. I have emailed Ella's Concoctions on June 4th, 10th, and 11th and still I haven't received a response back. I ordered 2 additional bottles on May 30th based upon the company's response that they would seen my replacement and I still haven't receive those bottles either.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the replacement bottle that I was promised numerous times as well as a refund of the full price of the bottle ($35.00) and extra bottle because of the inconvenience and numerous broken promises.

Review: I ordered $55.00 worth of products order # [redacted] from her on August 29,2014. I emailed her 2 weeks later asking her for an update on my order. She stated in an email that products will be shipped on 09/20/2014/. On 09/22/2014 I sent Jess B[redacted] an email asking her for a shipping confirmation and a shipping tracking number. She did not respond. I have sent several emails to this date asking her for an update on my order and when will I receive the products. She will not respond to my email. She took my money and did not provide me with the products that I have ordered.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded on my debit card because she did not send me any products.

Review: I placed an online order through through this company on 8/01/14. Their policies state that orders would be shipped between 2-3 weeks. It has been well over 3 weeks since I placed the order. I've emailed Jess Brooks (owner) on several occasions inquiring about the status of the order to no avail. She did respond to one email 2 weeks ago stating that she was awaiting a shipment of containers to bottle the spritzers which she expected that week. As of today I have not heard back from this person regarding my requested refund of $78.00 not have I received the items I ordered close to 2 months ago.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund of $78.00 to be applied to my credit card used to process the transaction. If she cannot process that type of refund then I expect a certified check in the amount of $78.00
