Purchased their earbuds on December 6th, and my credit card was charged the same day After many many many emails about delays in delivery and production the ear buds were finally delivered to me on February 10, I contacted the company on February 19th, February 23rd, and was finally contacted on February 24th saying they would be sending a return label I never received the return label and on April 17th, I finally contacted them again to receive the return label - they sent me an address to return the item to I paid for the shipping to return their defective earbuds They arrived at their offices on Thursday April 20th Tracking Number: [redacted] Delivered Updated Delivery Day: Thursday, April 20, Signed for By: M [redacted] // REDLANDS, CA // 11:am I have emailed the company twice since then with no reply and have left a message with their "google answering service" with no return call
