Please let her know I paid $this week to have my kitchen/breakfast room repaired, and finished out as she had stated she would do. I will still be paying a professional to repaint the rooms involved, in order to have this house ready to put on the market. I was not trying to take advantage of her, just repair the mess her workers left in my home!

With all due respect to this consumer who is a family friend, there are multiple inaccuracies in her complaint. I take great pride in the work I do and have spent countless hours striving to accommodate her ever changing design choices. I have gone to great lengths to please her by using 2 1/2 days...

of labor at no charge to retexture and repaint her home. After much thought and consideration, I have determined that I have exhausted all efforts to please her. I am not seeking any additional funds from her for the additional expenses I have incurred, nor am I willing to issue a refund that is not justified. I am rejecting this response because:Her response is inaccurate, I can provide you with copies of the text that took place between us, and also she ask to try to fix the "mess" her girls left at my home.  I have text from her to me, as well as all my response to her.  Some of the communication was actually on the phone, but mostly through text.  If allowed, I can provide pictures.  She did not donate any time to change the design, but spent two days re-mudding my walls, so that someone who knows drywall can finish the texture.  She told me she actually did not know how to repair drywall, so suggested I get someone else to finish that.  She said she knew the colors that were painted on the fire place and bedroom were not what we agreed on.  She had me go buy more paint to complete this job, but was not going to repaint the breakfast room and kitchen until the drywall was repaired.  As I may had mentioned before, these rooms were ready, just took her "decorator" advice to spend $1200.00 to make the rooms flow better, but actually right now it is all still a mess.  My complaint is factual, and I have witnesses to back up what I am saying.  Family friends don't scam you, she is not qualified to do the work, or fix the work, after her people made a mess of my home.  She was supposed to either do the work, or be there when her "helpers" worked.  She admitted to me she was not there during any of the work, and admitted that none of it was up to par!
