We specifically chose Precision Countertops (through *** ***) because when we met with their designer they told us we could pick our slab and that we would review the digital layout prior to the slab being cut We were told we would get a call in weeks to make an appointment to pick our slab weeks later we got a call from a receptionist on a Friday calling to confirm our appointment for Monday morning to have the installers install our countertop So not only did we not get a call to pick our slab or do the digital review, but they scheduled our install without talking to us We said no, and that we wanted to review or look at what they did before installing They made an appointment for us to come out a week later to view the countertop, after driving well over an hour to get there our countertop was not pulled out and they said they had no one on staff to pull it out We then made another appointment for another week later to view our countertop Against my better judgement I agreed to accept what they had done When I got home from work the day they installed I found the wood support rail for the right side of the undermount sink was completely split and not supporting the sink I took the front of the cabinets apart and repaired it myself I also found they failed to put in the steel supports we paid for that support the island ledge They didn’t want to come back to install it and said maybe we didn’t need it - so we had to call *** *** about it and *** *** got them to come back out When installing the oven it wasn’t square to the counter so we had to remove the small section of countertop between the stove and the fridge and re-position it ourselves weeks later we had a sizable chip on the front edge where the granite was flawed I sent several messages to Precision but got radio silence, I copied *** *** customer service who also contacted them, and Precision replied to *** *** that chips are and to be expected and that if we wanted it repaired it would be a $service fee *** *** ended up footing the bill and getting them to come back out and repair the chip When we started this thing, Precision promised us the world, told us several times that they have the best sealant and the best warrantee and that they would come out and fix any chips no questions asked for years… It’s all absolute and complete B.S They send us a warrantee form to fill out and mail to a company in Texas called Daltile warrantee and when it came down to it even in the first couple weeks they won’t answer any emails or fix any chips I have no doubt if anything further ever happens to this countertop they won’t fix a thing and I will have to fight with some warrantee company in Texas My hats off to *** *** though, they were extremely good to work with and helped us out a lot Don’t think for a minute that Precision will stand behind anything they say

kitchen countertop installation done incorrectly
company did not provide right paper work for me to approve and sign (seams of countertop)
and also installers damage my refrigerator doors
they did use small pieces of material

*** *** states to contact them because they are the installer and if they do not compensate to come back to *** *** afterwards*** *** is our project manager and just stated that precision counter tops does not compensate for problems that they made because it happensMy question to her is how would she feel if that happened to her? weeks without a kitchen sink? Precision must be paying her well in order for her to go out everyday for weeks, breakfast, lunch and dinnerSo I'm assuming from that statement, they mess up all the timeWhat happened was *** *** contracts with precision counter tops and they did the measurements with for my kitchen counter topsFrom what I know about *** *** is if a contractor gets enough complaints *** *** will drop the contractorAll *** said they don't compensate for not having a kitchen sink will talk with us again after the install on Feb My answer will still be the same*** Customer Service sucks because I wen

I ordered through Home Depot and they were great, although I didn't like paying for everything upfront before anyone came out to my houseFrom there, the project went downhill quickly and there were template making, fabrication, management, communication, scheduling, and many other problemsIt took the company times to finally cut my sections rightOnly one was made right the first time aroundI was promised things and then stoand left in the dark about my projectI finally had to light a fire by calling corporate to get my project done, but it still left me and my husband out $13,for having taken off time off work so many times and not being able to put our house on the market because of all Precision's mistakesI understand mistakes, but this was beyond unacceptable and they made the same one a number of timesThey did give us a refund of $but only after I asked for some sort of compensation

These people botched my kitchen sink and faucet jobThey sold me overpriced, lousy materials and installed them ImproperlyTheir customer service is terrible ! They have completely blown me off with no resolutionDo Not use Precision Countertops !!

Precision Countertops, Inc resurfaced our countertop with elegant granite PC was on time for their template and installation appointments I hired them through Home Depot and everything went as expected, great process During the template appointment they fully informed me of all the options so I could have the best product They worked efficiently and did not take very long for either appointment Installation took hours PC completed the work on time and followed the manufactures specifications I would hire PC again They are very honest and trustworthy No surprises or phony change orders

We bought countertops from precision countertops but they made a mistake during the designing process and delivered wrong color (Symphony) countertops and installed it on 3/29/We first visited precision countertops on 2/17/to pick a color & get an estimation of the costMarilyn W*** a design consultant helped us to pick and recommended a color (Lyra) we want to haveShe drafted size and the cost but we didn’t bring an accurate measurement so we revisited her on 2/18/to finalize the paperwork but she couldn’t find the original file she created on the previous day on her PC so she re-wrote it againWe have the original paperwork with the color (Lyra) that just needs to be resized, not changing the color, but she put the wrong color (Symphony) on the paperwork erroneously She told us that Symphony will make my kitchen too gold with the wood flooring & the oak cabinetsWe trusted her experienced design consultant profession so we never thought the wrong colo

I scheduled a meeting with Justin to review bathroom counter top options and design ideas When we arrived for the meeting I was informed he had gone to lunch and does not answer his phone during his lunch breaks The receptionist recommended we leave since he would not be back for 2/hours My wife and I waited around minutes hoping he realized he missed our meeting and would return We finally left requesting he call us After two days I had not heard anything and called his cell requesting another meeting Not hearing anything I called the front desk and was informed he didn't work on Monday's and didn't answer his phone on those days but he would call I still did not hear and left him messages on Wednesday and Thursday that week I then recalled the front desk who said he was busy and he would call Of course I get he does not want the work so I asked for another sales person and still have not heard anything This has to be the poorest customer service I have ever experienced, how does this place stay in business
