Thanks to the Store supervisor [redacted] for taking time to explain everything in detail to me, he has gone far and beyond to satisfied all the questions I've asked, and have learned a very valuable lesson, I only wish every Tiffany store can have a supervisor like [redacted] to help out with customers need, he has replaced a necklace that my kid pulled, explain why the ring has heavy wear ( and we have learned that it's from our mistake of putting another copper ring in the front to cause the rings to grind to make the tear happened ) he also cleaned of our rings and wanted to give us a lost charm, I feel really bad at this point because he was very professional and went far and beyond with what we need, nontheless, in my years of experience, I've never dealt with a rep like this, I am happy and proud to say, after this incident, not only it did not drive me away from Tiffany, but because of ***'s professionalism, I will be a customer for life.Thanks again for taking time to see me and helped me out on the issues I have, I much appreciate everything that was done Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] ***

A little upset at the attitude and arrogance of Tiffany's in resolving this issueIt is sad they refuse to assist their customers when they attempt to contact them directly and the only proven way to actually get assistance or a reply is to file a Revdex.com complaintNot sure how referring to past issues does nothing more than demonstrate their high cost products are less than high quality! Yes, I have had a few issues with Tiffany's in the past, which just goes to show their ongoing product issues and customer service issuesI would expect more from a business of such high caliberI find it sad I had to jump through hoops to get an amicable resolution with them and they were extremely defensive in their "attempt" to assist me bringing up issues from the past years in my purchase history with themWhat they failed to point out is that I have remained a valued customer and have made several purchases with them, not my fault their products and customer service or lack there of have been less than qualityTo be clear when they say refund, they are referring to in store credit which is a more than fair resolution - the business has lost no money in any transaction, they have simply issued store credits for their defective itemsI got my store credit today - thus resolving this issueBut let the record show their arrogance and attitude is not appreciated, they should treat their customers with more respect.]

We left a voicemail today for and stated that we would like to discuss this situation further with herThis is a standard lengthening fee, but we will work with a customer to find a resolution.* note that we accommodated and refunded Ms*** on a separate complaint she made to Revdex.com in 2014, see
case # ***, refunded 10/09/ (Two of her pendants broke and we were unable to repair themShe complained once to Revdex.com in and received a mail check refund for the same exact pendant. At the end we returned more bone china black pendants in and we gave her credits for these itemsCustomer was happy with resolutionWe were unable to reference the sale, and we do not carry these items for about years now(refund was for $205.20)* in addition we accommodated and refunded Ms*** on 5/14/(refund of $- outside day return policy) this was also Revdex.com complaint, I don't have a case number. * in addition we accommodated and refunded Ms*** on 6/21/(refund of $- broken necklace)* in addition we accommodated and refunded Ms*** on 1/3/(refund of $- outside day return policy)* in addition we accommodated and exchanged items on 1/9/that were over days return policy. ***'s middle name is *** ***, and in one of the previous correspondence she mentioned that purchases/refunds might be under first name *** Under that name, same address, we exchanged an item over days old on 3/1/

- We spoke to the customer over the phone today 8/25. He is planning to bring in the ring to our store on Wednesday 8/26.- We will resend the ring for a repair and work with the customer to find the solution and to address all his concerns.- The ring is a full circle band sapphire and diamond band...

On the original repair, our expert jewelers in New York Tiffany Service Center noted that that the ring has received heavy wear, that two sapphires are missing, two are broken, and another is very abraded.- The original repair fee was $390.00 plus tax. This fee includes: providing and setting 4 blue sapphires (2 missing and 2 badly chipped), securing all stones, re-doing milgrain as needed, cleaning and polishing.
