We have tried to resolve the issues with the driveway. We tried to fill the low spots and then we hired a seal...
coating company to seal coat the entire driveway. The customer is still not satisfied.
We have spoke to the [redacted]'s and agreed to give them a full refund and an additional sum of $1800.00. A check for $6800.00 will be sent out today. This will cover their estimate from Hardrives to repave their driveway.

We received the requested amount to fill the holes/redo the driveway from Minnesota Blacktopping. Jeff was cooperative in discuss the resolution we ultimately requested. It's unfortunate for both parties as the lack of follow-up on their part was key to this being the preferable resolution.
