they not repair my car right the first time , I take it back to ask them to correct the problem but they refuse to repair

The repairs in question were in regards to an insurance claim. When the vehicle was brought to us the insurance issued checks directly to Ellers Auto for the repairs agreed upon in the insurance claim. The customer then had the checks cancelled and reissued directly to him. At this point he chose which parts of the claim he wanted to repair and disregard the rest of the repairs that were needed. During the amended repairs he requested to pick up the vehicle prior to vehicle completion. He then asked for screws to be used to secure the bumper instead of the appropriate bracket because he was selling the car and just wanted it to look ok for the sale and it didnt matter after he sold it. We did what he requested and he took the vehicle. Roughly a month later Mr. contacted us wanting to replace bracket which was never paid for. At this point with the issues we had in dealing with Mr. we thought it best he take his vehicle to another facility for repairs. We completed the repairs per Mr. request and feel there are no other obligations needing to be met by our facility. If Mr. wants repairs done to the specification of the insurance company we would need to be paid in full the estimate that was originally given.

I am rejecting this response because:

the payment has been pay in full since no one releases if no payment collected l, at the time I pick up the car they told me to pay in full otherwise car wont be releasing, the only thing that hasn’t been replace is the headlight which after I pick up car I notice the headlight has crack , I call insurance to come down and look since I call the body shop never respond , the appraisal do supplement and told me I should have call the body shop to tell them to refix the car ( color doesn’t match , gap between fender and headlight ) that is when I notice they did a bad job , I call back several time to get a chance to talk to them and they have me take car back to re-fix the gap , first they fix on the right side done then they told me they need to order some bracket to fix the left side , since then I call them to fix that gap they refuse to do so , they not even give me invoice and the old part that they replace , my insurance know that they fix my car , im here to request to send some one out to look at the car and will find out how they fix car , they say that I chose to repair some part of the repair which it not true , the insurance pay for a/c repair and the fender which has been fix badly by them ( only head light not been replace because can’t contact them , every time call them they said they gonna order the bracket and call me back which never happened , they also say that I call insurance to cancel the check pay to them because I try to prevent this problem that they dont correct the problem after pay in full ..

I have attached an invoice of that work that was done to Mr. *** vehicle. After completion of the work customer voided checks that were paid to Eller's Auto.
