Review: Prepaid for parts to be ordered at the beginning of 2015. Have not been able to get the parts or a refund. I have my sales receipt and cancelled check.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the money paid.

Review: I am a paraplegic, cannot use my legs. I have to have hand controls installed in order to drive a vehicle. I took a vehicle to Eller's Kustom to have hand controls installed on a Honda CRV. the reason I took it to them is that they are the only local business licensed and bonded to install hand controls for the disabled. They stated it would take 4 - 6 days. It actually took 120 days. I called multiple times during this, and his staff would take messages, stated he would call me back, and he never did. After complaining several times, and multiple times when he stated my vehicle would be ready, causing me to make several trips to the business for no reason, I finally got the vehicle back. there was grease on the new floor mats. The radio did not work. I had to call the dealership to obtain codes to restart the radio. The cover over the fuse box was gone, leaving wires and fuses exposed. the sun visor was loose and would not latch because the part that held it up was damaged. the switch that opened the rear hatch was unhooked. The grab handle was replaced with a handle that was a different color from the interior. The clips that covered the screws that held the handle in place were gone. When I complained the owner said he would order the parts and send them to me by mail. I have never received them. I had to have the dealership order the parts. The dealership ordered and replaced the panel to cover the exposed wires, it was completed in minutes. They have ordered the panel to cover the fuses. They have also ordered the part to repair the handles and the sun visor. They have also replaced a faulty battery. I am unsure whether or not this was caused by Eller's Kustom's repairs. The dealership stated this was very shotty work, the parts were very poor quality.Desired Settlement: I want Eller's Kustom to pay for the repairs of the damage caused by the installation of the hand controls.

Review: My 2013 mustang was taken to them to remove tint from windows and retint . When I pick my car up after them keeping all night the back floor was covered in dog hair and my leather seats had cuts in them . The owner said he had insurance to cover this..They took my backseat out of the car and have had it a most 2 months..everytime I call the business they tell me the owner will call me back I've spoke to him once on the phone and he assured me he would call me in the evening. .no callDesired Settlement: My seat returned in the new condition it was when I first left my car with ellers

The seat is at the uph shop and has been for repair . The customer has been here to check on it we took the vin # from the car and have ordered an new seat cover from the factory because the work the uph shop did doesn't match thanks reford eller
