to provide an offer of settlement or to take the necessary actions to resolve the breach.This office is not a collection agency, but a law office providing professional legal services within the ethical boundaries of attorneys licensed to practice law This office took no improper actions that justify a complaint. Specifically, the single communication directed toward the complainant stated facts alleged by my client to be true along with the intentions of my client. As the validity of the debt has now been disputed, the following will be sent to the Complainant via ***:“Thank you for your recent contact with my office Pursuant to your request, I have asked my client to provide the supporting documentation and recordings evidencing the contract set forth in my letter I will forward you the information as it is received Please note that if my client is unable to provide the supporting information within thirty days, we will consider your dispute to be sustained and will not contact you further.”This complaint should have been directed toward my client, *** ***, not this office As such, I respectfully request that you dismiss this complaint and find that no wrongdoing occurred on the part of this office Yours Very Truly,*** ** *** ***
