a round of drinks were in fact ordered and a tab set upThe credit card receipt confirms that the complainant was charged for two double call vodkas and an Imported draftThe complainant's claims that house vodka was ordered, not call vodkaHowever, the bartender claims that not only was call vodka (Titos) ordered, but that the complainant was not the person who gave the bartender the orderThe Bartender claims that it was complainant's friend who actually verbalized the drink orderThe amount charged was correct for the order rung in the register by the bartenderThe complainant did pay for the round (and tip) as it was her credit card on the tabThe bartender denies ever raising her voice and claims to have apologized for the misunderstandingHad the interaction become anything but civil, a manager certainly would have intervenedBoth witnesses I spoke to were shocked by the allegation as they said that the bartender never raised her voice or was dismissive whatsoeverIn fact, complainant actually tipped the bartender (as evidenced by the credit card receipt)It strikes me as odd that a person who was allegedly treated so badly by a bartender (and wants her money back) would actually tip the bartender in questionThe bartender in question is a highly-trained, well mannered, full time bartender who has a spotless recordShe is very soft spoken and her demeanor is (and has always been) calm and polite, even in the craziest and most demanding of environments; which this certainly wasn'tI have years of experience in this business and would be floored if this employee ever raised her voice to anyone, regardless of the circumstancesPerhaps the miscommunication was between the complainant's friend (who ordered the drinks) and the complainant (who paid for them)All parties (except the bartender of course) were drinking (doubles) at other locations and it was lateCustomer service is our number one priorityWe would quickly fire anyone who (in any way) was abusive to any of our customersThank you for bringing this to our attention and for the opportunity to respond
