The initial response indicated we had a third party scheduled to come out and start the repairs processSince then, the company came out and was unable to access the apartment with the key we had on handI have reached out to the resident in regard to getting access, however the times I have
tried to reach him, his phone has been disconnected. The resident has since come in to discuss he is turning over keys and possession of the apartment due to nonpayment of rent for the months of August and September
