Garbage
Complete joke of a company. I tried 3 times to leave a negative review on their website, only for them not to get published. Hmmm? Shocking. This jewelry is garbage and they must be paying people to leave 5 star reviews. My necklace tarnished and turned green the first and only time I wore it. Complete ripoff. I can’t believe I spend $24.99 on something that is not even worth $2.49. It reminds me of the cheap jewelry I wore as a kid that always tarnished...the thing is I was actually able to wear those items more than once unlike this cheap junk.

Refund for return
I returned 2 necklaces and my UPS receipt shows they were delivered last (October 8,2021) Friday. I have sent 2 emails to the company requesting information regarding my refund for the returned items. All of the other correspondence I have sent them has always gotten an immediate response BUT since they owe me money for some reason I'm hearing from them. Just for reference my UPS tracking number is 1ZA877200358718721. Patti Boudreaux

Discount was not applied to my recent order
Love her necklaces , just ordered another one! Discount should have been 10% code Ellie10 which I filled in and wasn’t applied! [email protected]

Cheaply made
I bought 5 necklaces from this company and there is no quality in these necklaces. These are very cheaply made and something a child would wear. I definitely will not purchase again from this company. Pictures are very deceiving.

Necklace broke
I ordered a layered necklace in March. I wore it one time and it broke. Not happy with this company

We ordered a necklace in March and we're given several excuses why we haven't received it yet. As of June 18 we are still waiting.
In addition to the summary of this issue, we want the purchase refunded immediately and any action possible taken against this company.

Hi! We have been in contact with the customer. They placed their order on May 20h.

Their first order got lost, so we reshipped it. It is experiencing delays from *** however, it should still arrive.

As I stated initially, the company should have made an extra effort to guarantee the delivery of the "replacement" item. Leaving it in the hands of the *** without signature service, is not an acceptable solution. It has been too long for the item to be delivered. The cost should be refunded due to the inconvenience and delay of the item. I don't accept their response or solution.

The replacement was re-shipped via *** First Class Mail. It should only take 2-3 days to arrive. Unfortunately, *** appears to have misplaced the order. All shipping companies are under an EXTREME overflow of packages since the CoVid-19 outbreak. Unfortunately the package was misplaced, and it will take a few days longer to arrive. We have fully refunded the customer, even though the order is still scheduled to arrive. We apologize that it didn't work out. The shipping companies try their best, but sometimes can make mistakes. We have done everything in our power to make it right with the customer.

I got one response on April 24, 2020 which states that it was lost in transit and they sent another one along with a tracking number. This shipment has not arrived either. I have emailed them 3 more times with no response from them. I have asked for a refund and have not received a response for that as well.

I fear that the customer is not getting our emails.

She contacted us saying one of the necklaces was missing. Though it was marked delivered, we reshipped it anyway, as we don't want any unhappy customers.

The replacement has also been confirmed delivered. We have followed up several times with the customer to make sure that her replacement has arrived, but she has not responded. We also requested that she confirm with the Revdex.com that her order has now been received.

We take customer service issues very seriously at Ellie Sage, and are always committed to going above and beyond to accommodate all of our wonderful customers. I hope this issue has been resolved, and that this customer is pleased with her necklaces.

The second necklace finally arrived after they shipped from a different shipping provider. There were no issues with the merchandise.

I ordered two necklaces from this company. One came in the mail. The second one never showed up. I emailed them and have emailed them several times.
