I ordered pairs of sandals (tusk in the sun, first impressions, american flag) on June 3rd, --- almost a year agoI was charged $and have not received my shoesI have sent emails to the owner and have had zero responsesI have reached out on *** *** Messenger and *** and had all responses deleted from public social media but no direct responses to remediate the issueThe owner has blocked me and many other clients on social media sites who share their unfavorable experiencesIt was difficult to pick a primary issue of my complaint because the product was promised in 5-weeks - it's been almost a yearThe email address listed to contact the seller has not been effectiveOverall, the customer service (lack of) and manner to which the owner treats and respects paying clients is beyond disappointing
