Other than the fact that I received an appointment the day I calledI waited at least an hour before I was even called backI get a few x-rays of my teeth taken and sit some moreAnother minutes passes by before I even speak to the dentistHe asked when I last had a cleaning and I told him it had been awhileHe didn't say anythingI asked if I could get it done today(Thursday) and he said if we could fit me into their scheduleI then told him I needed to be out by at least 3pm to picky daughter up from schoolThe dentist says "isn't that special" and walked awayIn my opinion the staff is rude(aside from the front desk lady) they talk to you like your trashI feel like it shouldn't matter what insurance you carry, we should all be treated the sameRude, rude, rude!!
