River City Sports, has not provided proper stiching on a custom jersey, I orderedI had to pre pay, for a custom jerseyAnd wait weeksIt came back dirty around the outside, of the name bar patchI have photos to show the work, they sent outWich they claim to be "NHL Standards" weeks later, a second timeStiching looks like a child, with a sewing machine did the workNow weeks inOverallNot a happy customer nowAnd I have spent thousand of dollars, in there stores over the yearsThey have lost me as a customer, and hundreds of people that I talk to and show picturrsthat hopefully I reach out toPeople I know at the NHL, & True North Wpg, will soon see the pictures & learn all the details, of what happenedAnd I will make sure to make many phone callsPeople and organizations should know what kind of work they doAnd how they look after there customersFor such a small itemThey would rather have negative feedbackAnd upset customersVersus resolving itThe Jets Store sure doesn't do this kinda of workRiver City Sports did a terrible job, on my custom Winnipeg Jets Away JerseyI have givin them the jersey backStill with all tags, on sleave, never removedand never wornThey won't refund the jersey, or start over, with a new oneI have Visa involved, to dispute the charge nowAnd I will take legal action, in small claims court, if not resolved

I have been a customer with RCS since about Primarily, I order pro NHL jerseys with customization or other NHL apparel I have always received excellent service and quality products from this company If there's any kind of problem, they always make sure to resolve the issue I find their customization to be better than anyone else and I am very picky about the names/numbers on my jerseys They are my go to store for CCM/Reebok Centre Ice collection jerseys Thank you

It came back dirty around the outside, of the name bar patch. I have photos to show the work, they sent out. Wich they claim to be "NHL Standards" 2 weeks later, a second time. Stiching looks like a child, with a sewing machine did the work. Now 8 weeks in. Overall. Not a happy customer now. And I have spent thousand of dollars, in there stores over the years. They have lost me as a customer, and hundreds of people that I talk to and show picturrs. that hopefully I reach out to. People I know at the NHL, & True North Wpg, will soon see the pictures & learn all the details, of what happened. And I will make sure to make many phone calls. People and organizations should know what kind of work they do. And how they look after there customers. For such a small item. They would rather have negative feedback. And upset customers.
