I am rejecting this response because:
I am aware that the company does not make the tires themselves, I am more than familiar with all aspects of this business since I have am in it for more than yearsBecause of the tires piece falling off ( see attached pic) I have a bigger headache on my caseThe only resolution I am willing to take is to get the refund of the tireI am aware that every shop charges a service fee and I am not disputing thatConsidering the fact that I am stuck with almost a $of fines and violations, a $is the least that can be doneIf we cannot come to a resolution I am more than willing to go the legal route on this matter.

Our service calls are $135 within a 15 mile radius. We take a $60,000 machine and all its components to do a tire change. She wanted a recap tire, we do not recap tires, we just sell them. I told her we need to see the tire to analyze it and see what may have caused the issue. We told her if it...
