I went to Mansfield Motor Group – Honda on January 9, 2017 at 5 PM to get an oil change and tire rotation for my 2012 Honda CRV – LX for its regular service. It had been 10,000 miles since my last service which is the recommended miles. While I was in the service area lobby, the service representative said that my computer system in my car was saying my differential fluid needed flush. I approved. I was told my car would be finished around 6:45 PM. At about 6:35 PM, I had a mechanic tell me they were having difficulty and a bolt was too tight. It was going to take a little longer than they thought. At about 7:15PM, the head mechanic came to the lobby and brought a bolt with him. He first told me the bolt and pointing to the head was stripped. They were going to have to order a new one and he thought they would get the part by Tuesday or Thursday, the latest. However, they were going to give me a loaner car, but they were just cleaning it up so it was going to be a couple of min

Totally Excellent Experience! I had done a lot of research ahead of time and found the desired auto at Honda of Mansfield, a div of Mansfield Motor Group Penny was the first to be very helpful Thank you Penny Then Andrew in Sales, and Mike the Mgr stepped in to make the entire process (except signatures) possible over the web and the phone This group is so advanced operationally, they can do anything It absolutely does NOT have that feel of being "worked over" until you wear out as in auto-buying horror stories You state what you want, and they get that done Andrew was responsible for most of the details leading up to the contract He gets a on all counts Mike stepped in whenever Andrew was not available Thank you Mike! Then Don in finance is exceptionally experienced, professional and fun too Before I left that day, the team had applied the Polysteel treatment and I was off in a gorgeous Honda Accord V Literally, it was almost as nice as a vacation Thanks guys

We had our Nissan Rogue in for an oil change (which is included in my purchase) in November In February we drove our Rogue to Florida and along the way we apparently lost our oil drain plug Our vehicle was COMPLETELY out of oil when we arrived in Florida(we made the trip from Ohio)When we got to Florida we had the local dealer tow the vehicle in and check the vehicle over for the problem They quickly noticed the oil drain plug was missing, and that the vehicle had no damage that would have caused the plug to come out The local Daytona Nissan Dealer fixed the issue and billed us $ We were then told by that dealer to contact our home dealer who performed the oil change to have them reimburse us for our bill Upon contact they were friendly and acted as though they planned to take care of it I then received a phone call in return stating they could not do anything to take care of this issue They stated that since they had done the oil change in November,

Sold me an older car as is salesperson said it would be very reliable and safe for meTwo days after purchase a gas leak in a fuel hose and head gaskets bad need replaced and gas tank leak refused to do anything kept my car for a week left with no transportation so afraid to drive this vehicle anywhere not safe or reliable

I bought my New Nissan Altima with the understanding it had FACTORY XM radio, I tried to program the XM including the VIN number to find out the car is not equipped? The dealer Mansfield Motor Group sales person {Mike P***} admitted that I was told and even given the pamphlet for programming and also told I got free months of XM radio but the dealer fails to correct the issue, only offering a aftermarket set up which is not what I paid for or told was offered with the car, The bottom line is I want a factory radio set up with XM radio or reimbursed for the cost of a factory set XM radioAny Help is greatly appreciatedthis is surely a advertising issue, they have offered free oil changes, they have offered a aftermarket XM radio that mounts under dashI want what I was supposed to get when I purchased this new car or the amount reimbursed to me that a FACTORY XM radio would cost

I went to MMG on Saturday March 25, to look at a minivan that I saw advertised on the website It advertised a Chrysler Town and Country for $15,972.00, when the salesman pulled the car around for us to look at we noticed a dent in the hood, a big scratch on the side of the van and the front driver seat would not work properly So he said that he would speak with the manager about these issues When we got into the building to discuss purchasing the van they raised the price to $16,and stated that it was advertised wrong on the website First off that is a bait and switch they are suppose to honor the price that was advertised but they would not honor it Second I asked about the warranty and he stated that there was no warranty on the van however the sticker on the van stated there was a warranty and they would not honor it either So they said we could take it home for the weekend so we did and we found more issues with the van and I ran a car fax on it and found out that it was involved in a head on collision and the salesman never did disclose this information to us even after I asked about it This car dealership is crooked and will steal you money and lie to your face I will also be turning them into the Attorney General of Ohio about the switch and bait they did on us
