I am rejecting this response because:Once The car came out of the car wash one of th car wash workers looked at me pointing to my dangling sideviewmirror,I asked him "what happened" he shrugged his shoulders to show "I don't know"he unfortunately did not speak English.I really appreciate the speedy lube portion of this company because they point out EVERYTHING that looks wornor damaged to the car to make sure they can fix or point out any damageAfter I saw my car and the damage I immediately went back to *** who did oil change along with some other services to my carTo let him know how upset I wasHe came back with me to the carwash both him and Mike looked over the sideview mirror*** had to tell Mike the so called manager on duty to do an incident reportBlack tape was brought out from the office and one of them proceded to secure sideview mirror to the side of door.I suggest you review your many cameras all around your car wash and speedy lubes car wash,I'm sure you'll see exactly how you damaged my car.See you in court.Susan ElliottSee you in court
