Hi [redacted],I apologize for the delay. Attached are pictures of both register in which the no cash back signs are displayed in two places. If you feel it's relevant you can let the customer know that we do change the signs regularly as they become damaged, and staff is always available to notify customers of any of our policies. Please let me know if I can do anything else.Thank you,[redacted]

Company states: We have our return policy taped to each register. We also have it on pre-printed laminated signs. I will freshen them up to make them more visible and but they are everywhere in our store.

Review: My first visit to this store was 11/07/14. I purchased a bottle of L-Lyrosine, 500 mg., Natural Amino Acid, of 100 capsules, for $11.59. I read the receipt. when, I got home and got upset.When I saw "No Cash Refunds". Now the first paragraph in a no date letter I received from you on 11/16/14, mention the company should put up signs at cash registers in forming customers of their "No Cash Refunds" policy. Per Civil Code section 1723, of the legislature enacted law.

Thank you for sending me this complaint form.Desired Settlement: I want Elliotts Natural Foods to follow Civil Code section 1723. This company do not give or post any kind of policy.

I first brought this complaint to the Office of the Attorney General of California. They directed me to the Revdex.com.My complaint is about this company's transactions with customers has left me in a profound state of confusing. There has to be some law that gives this company the legal right not to put us signs though-out their store. Informing customers of their "No cash Refunds" policy. Until, I bought a second item on 01/04/15.My first complaint went to the Attorney General of California. Who tole me to file it with Revdex.com of West Sacramento.When I returned on 01/04/15, I walked around for four of five minutes looking for signs telling customers their "No Cash Refunds" but found none. Which they said were up in their 12/31/14 letter you sent me. Which I received 01/03/15.In addition t having "No Cash Returns" on your receipts, you should put up signs throughout the store that says, "No Cash Refunds" and see what the customer will do. I understand that a victory for customers in California could cause Revdex.com problems. Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Elliots sells a product [redacted] made by [redacted]. The product package does not indicate an expiration date. Approximately three weeks ago I purchased this item on sale for $11.96 and went back to purchase a second one - unfortunately not on sale and paid the price of $23.90.This past week when I opened both packages the foil content holder shows an expiration date of September 2013. This date is on the contents of BOTH purchases.Upon efforts to return this product with only the original receipt for one package it was suggested that I had them and they expired. Absolutely not true. The sales person even suggested perhaps we should shop at [redacted] ?I've been a loyal customer of Elliott's for more than 35 years. My career was one of the highest integrity and setting aside the poor business practices it is imperative to note the high risk of danger selling expired merchandise.This is not the first time this has happenedDesired Settlement: I want either my money returned or the product exchanged for fair value.
