Elliott"s Transportation

Review: In December 2013, the [redacted] Foundation, Inc. (Foundation) needed to provide transportation to overseas guests who occupied a suite in the [redacted] Washington. After being referred to [redacted] Elliott of Elliotts Transportation by the Front Doorman and the Concierge by the [redacted] Hotel Staff in Washington, D. C. In December, the Foundation satisfactorily employed him to transport guests of your hotel. Afterward he proposed that the Foundation continue to use his services on a day and night on call transportation service basis. The Foundation paid him an advance on transportation services on December 20, 2013 and another $1,000 on account in January 2014.During my discussion with him leading to the second advance payment of $1,000, he agreed to set up a White House tour for the Foundation. However, after our meeting and payment, he would not return any of the numerous telephone calls I made to him at his telephone number of 301-437-8143 in January 2014. He also failed to respond to an e-mail at I sent to him on January 26, 2014 to confirm the agreed upon White House tour. He was a no show the night of the scheduled tour.Lastly on February 6, 2014, I sent him the attached letter wherein I asked him to contact me and provide me an explanation of his inability to be contacted for transportation services, and provide me with appropriate assurances that he would provide the contacted services in the future. I received no reply.Desired Settlement: Payment of $500 a month for four months
