Elliott's Transportation

Review: Owner, [redacted] Elliot of Elliot Transportation had promised to secure reservations for a private tour of the White House through his company at the charge of $1000 for the tour for the weekend October 18th - 21st, 2013. He was unable to fulfill this obligation and we settled on a refund to us of $600.00 at which time he said he would immediately mail us a refund check. After a month of phone calls, texts and emails we finally received two checks in the mail in the amount of $300.00 each from a [redacted] indicating that they were from him for the refund. After depositing both checks, they have been returned as Non Sufficient Funds. We have tried to reach him again to no avail, accrued additional service fees from the bank and put our own checking accounts in jeopardy. We would like this refund to be settled immediately with a cashier check made payable to [redacted] in the amount of $610.00. Which includes the service fee accrued.Desired Settlement: A cashier check in the amount of $610.00 made payable to [redacted]
