I purchased the most expensive, comprehensive package below a hand wax and detailing for $25.99 (it's called "The Works") and my car was still dirty after I left! Major things were missed (dashboard, cup holder, dashboard behind, under, and around the cup holder, dirt and debris left in shift cover, rims were marginally cleaned with huge patches of grease and dirt left behind, passenger window had the same bird poop on it as when I drove in.

It's shameful how little pride Ellis has in their commitment to service.

They ALSO clearly advertise the price on things (for example, their prices for magnets are marked "$3.95 US $4.99 Canadian" but you're charged something different at the register. I questioned it and was told, flatly, by a rude young woman, "We charge $4.99." I questioned it again. "It's what we charge." She would relent, but I noticed that after I left the counter she went to the magnets and was looking at the backs of them.

Horrible experience with ZERO attempt at customer quality or a positive customer experience.

Review: During the course of the employees at Ellis Car wash washing my car they damaged the drivers side seat and will not repiar it

My wife took our min-van to Ellis car wash for an interior/exterior car wash on 8-1-2013, while our car was under the care of the employees the driver side seat was damaged. By the time we noticed it they were closed, we called back the next day and they told us to come in right away, we were not able to bring the car in until Monday the 5th, upon doing so the Manager [redacted] refused that they could have done it and also refused to give me his supervisors information. Desired Settlement: I want Ellis Car wash to pay for the part to be repaired by the dealer where I take my car to be serviced.

Review: 3-15-14 I paid for the luxury wash at Ellis Car Wash in Lodi, Ca. I normally brag about this place. They even seemed to be doing a more detailed job after the wash, that I was impressed and gave them a tip while we were waiting for them to be done. But to my shock as I went to get into my car I found the rubber trim around my driver door was wripped in 2 places. I asked for a Manager. The lady said it was already like that, but it was not like that. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my 2006 Jeep when I gave it to them. My Jeep was in excellent condition. I personally, including my daughter and her boyfriend watched the Manager open my doors and use a power spray on the inside of my doors. I was in shock thinking that can't be good. Weird that they did that. The Manager said he can only offer me a free car wash next time I come in. I was very disappointed. Then I drive away to get a couple blocks away to an area just perfect that the sun was glaring on my windshield to have my heart just drop. My windshield looked like it just got sandblasted. My entire windshield has a million chips in it. This isn't just a few I could ignore, no!! The damage to my windshield is seriously overwhelming. My windshield was in perfect condition before I went there. I have several witnesses.Desired Settlement: I want this company to make this right and replace what was damaged. I bought my car at Geweke Toyota down the road. They can pay them to fix the damages. I also want a refund. Plus they need to make sure this doesn't happen to another customer.
