Review: First of all, I was pressured by [redacted] from financing to do the surgery the day that I went because they had a 2 for 1 sale. I already had my tests done. I decided to go ahead and do them both but the Doctor decided to only do one and come back later for second because it had too much damage. However, they didn't tell me that they had to do both eyes that day for sale to qualify.I went back today and spoke to [redacted] again who said that I had to pay an additional $2500. When I reminded him that I had already paid, he said that I only paid for one eye and that I have to pay full price. It wasn't my decision to not do both that day, it was the Doctor's. Why should I have to pay? In my opinion, they are SCAM ARTISTS.Desired Settlement: I would like other consumers to know about this before they throw their money away with this unpleasant situation.

Response:
The surgeon "Dr [redacted]" made the call on not performing surgery on both eyes on the day of the consultation. Patient was not pressured, because he took over an hour deciding whether or not he wanted surgery. Patient knew we would only operate on one eye, and he willingly wanted to move forward. [redacted] does not control the outcome, let alone the diagnosis of the doctors decisions. Dr [redacted] spoke to the patient directly, and it was his choice to not move forward with surgery initially. This patient had a post-operative visit, and after his exam Dr [redacted] deemed the second eye candidate after all. The complaint is solely focused on [redacted], who is a sales counselor. [redacted] is not a doctor and he does not control whether or not a surgeon does any type of surgery. This patient was charged for one eye, which is what we operated on. This patient was completely disrespectful to Dr [redacted] and threatened him before storming out of the office.
