Thank you for your notice of the complaint filed by Mr*** regarding his home on ** *** *** ** *** ** As you will see on the attached documents, our Company was hired to list the home for sale by a Special Commissioner, through a Court Order signed by Judge *** ***
The Special Commissioner had the authority to sign the listing agreement and Purchase Contract, which she in fact did.Included in our attachment is a response by our REALTOR, *** ***, that listed the home for sale providing a better explanation of what happened, as well as a copy of the Court Order, Listing Agreement and HUD-statement showing there were no funds disbursed at closing to the Sellers Century ALL-SERVICE never refused to provide a copy of the HUD statement to Mr*** as we were never asked by him to provide one We did not break any laws but rather followed the Court Order to the letter We understand that Mr*** is involved in a difficult situation with his ex-wife However, we feel that after you review the Agent Response and associated documents, that you will find we followed the Court Order, as directed, regarding the sale of this home We respectfully request that this complaint be removed from our record and should you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to let us know.Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint.Sincerely,*** ** ***

To clarify, I'm not complaining about the actual funeral home itself, our father was made up very well overall, and Ms. Norma did a great job. Although, the communication between her and our family could've been better but she got the job done each time.

We love you daddy your legacy will forever live on. I'm grateful we were able to lay you to rest peacefully with the help of Ms. Norma but you were above watching and you seen what we experienced with the man Craig from the funeral home and if anyone has to deal with him during their difficult time I do not recommend Ellis. He was the rudest, unpleasant, non customer service driven person I have ever met. Not only in person but via phone, before, during and after laying my father to rest. I will pray for this gentleman but his profession definitely needs to change. Our condolences, time of bereavement, difficult time definitely was not a concern of his. I'm not sure if he has teeth because there was no time he expressed a smile.
