I called Ellis Mechanical Heating & AC to repair my furnaceThey where very polite when I called and scheduled me for a service call theat same dayThe technician arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was very professional and knowledgable about my systemHe quickly found the problem with my furnace and gave me the cost to repair itIt was great that the price was reasonable and he also had the part on his truckItgreat to know that there are still some companies out there with great customer service

Ellis Mechanical is WONDERFUL!!! My mom's AC went out in a lightning storm and a friend recommended this company.. xxxxx came to her house at 10pm; after hours, and repaired it. It was 92 degrees inside her house. This is great customer service and the price was cheaper than all of the larger chains. Thank you sir for your compassion and professionalism..
