Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that the rebuttal from Ellis and Ellis untruthful, flagrantly unprofessional, and detrimental towards any vulnerable consumer Their response is unsatisfactory to me FACT #1: Three scheduled conference calls that they scheduled with me were missed.FACT #2: The revenue officer that MrEllis said was removed from my case for unlawful and unprofessional conduct was never removed It was a bold-faced lie.FACT #3: MrEllis told me that the levy that took place on my account was both unlawful and unprofessional I have documentation from the IRS stating that the levy was perfectly lawful and Mr [redacted] with Ellis and Ellis was copied on it I have included this in an attachment.FACT #4: The IRS sent numerous letters to Ellis and Ellis notifying them of their intent to levy They did nothing allowing the levy to happen.FACT #5: Ellis and Ellis knew that my home (not a rental home as they stated) was being listed which is why they sought to have my lien "subordinated." Seemingly unbeknownst to them, my lien actually needed to be "discharged" which is a process completely different than what they sought to do Had I stayed the course with them, I would have never been able to sell my home which would have resulted in heavy legal issues with the real estate agents and the buyer It appears that they lacked the necessary professional knowledge to address my urgent need FACT #6: Ellis and Ellis solicited $5,from me with the intent of having my principle tax debt removed MrEllis told me that he had a stellar track record of getting the IRS to waive the principle tax debt due to unprofessional and unlawful activity This was a sham I had already paid his company $18,and I was still levied due to their neglect I question if Mr Ellis has ever had the principle tax balance waived from any client as he told me FACT #7: Once they had my money, I was ignored I was clear that my process required continual attention until completed The only time I was contacted during this time period was to me solicit me for information about their former business affiliate which was very distasteful considering my viable urgent situation I literally had to go with another firm in the "11th hour" to push my deal through as they didn't return phone calls, emails, or provide me any updates I may not be a tax professional, but I am a businessman who knows that you don't take a clients money and then ignore them except to solicit dirt from a former affiliate I was in huge urgent need and I was ignored If any of the facts that I have listed are untrue, I would ask Ellis and Ellis to provide any degree of proof I eagerly await their response Sincerely, [redacted]
